Joey fumbled with the key, trying to jam it into the ignition several times but just hitting the dashboard over and over again. He finally got it in and turned it quickly, the radio turning on as well.
"I-is that a dinosaur?" Nathan stammered, looking rather pale as he began to sink down below in the backseat.
"Yeah, seems so!" Joey yelled as he put the car into reverse, quickly accelerating backwards to smash through the front of the warehouse.
"That's not Luthor's power, er, Stand, is it?" Izzy remarked, a little spooked but still able to think rationally. "I thought it had something to do with dancing."
"Well, animals can have Stands as well, you know." Jacob remarked from the backseat. "I think that the peacock has a stand which allows it to turn into a dinosaur."
Izzy looked a little confused. "But how did Snake Eyes get a peacock like that? I don't really understand how-"
"Sorry to interrupt, but now's not the time!" Joey yelled as he put his foot down on the gas, accelerating away from the abandoned warehouse. He nervously looked at the rear view mirror, and to his horror, he saw the dinosaur smash through the front of the building as well, destroying the entire front wall. Even more menacing, Snake Eyes Luthor was atop the dinosaur's head, pointing towards the car and grinning like a madman. Joey made a worried face as he pushed down on the gas pedal with all his strength. "That ain't good."
Nathan, who had been cowering in the back, decided that he had to at least try and do something in this situation. His hand shaking, he cranked his window down and leaned outside of the car, looking back towards the dinosaur that was giving chase. His Stand, Let It Roar, crawled on top of his head and began to channel it's power, which was the ability to change the "direction" of objects. The ambient air around the dinosaur suddenly began to blow heavily towards the Dinosaur, which began to slow down it's pursuit somewhat. "Keep on the gas Joey, and we should be able to outrun it!" Izzy nodded and began to shake her fists back and forth, cheering Joey on. "Just get us back to downtown at least, and we should be fine. He can't just ride a dinosaur all through town. Or, well, he could, but that would be a little problematic for him."
Joey suddenly opened his eyes wide and began to shake his head. "Wait, wait, the way back to town from here is..." He gulped. "Not this way..."
"What!" Jacob angrily threw up his hands. "You went the wrong way! What the hell man, there's nothing out here for miles! He can chase us for as long as he wants!"
"I KNOW!" Joey yells, starting to get heated. "IT WAS IN THE HEAT OF THE MOMENT, ALRIGHT?"
Nathan looked towards Joey with a worried expression. "We really got to lose em soon. I can't keep up the winds forever, so you gotta end this now."
"I got it, I got it! Let me just..." Joey gazed in the rear view mirror again, his gaze concentrated on the dinosaur. "Wait for the right time... NOW!" He quickly spins the steering wheel around, causing the vehicle to spin around 270 degrees and come to a stop in the road. The dinosaur, not reacting to the maneuver in time, ran straight over the car and continued sprinting in the same direction. Joey then quickly hit the gas again, speeding off into a forest road hidden by several trees, a path that would be difficult for the dinosaur and Luthor to follow them.
