Personality: Jacque is an immature manchild with violent tendencies. He truly believes himself to be above all others, which prevents him from benefiting from the camaraderie of more powerful allies. His Stand, 「Counterfeit」, is firmly empowered by this blind egocentricity, and it doesn't exactly disprove his 'greatness' with it's highly adaptable ability. He also has a tendency to be rather silly at times. If befriended, he would first have to be humbled. A close eye must be kept on him so that he does not ruin anything through his 'helping'.
History: Jacque Blanc was born in Paris, France, to impoverished parents. At the ripe age of twelve, he left his family's hovel to seek his fortune on the streets of Paris; specifically, gang violence and robbery. He had a jolly old time with these activities until he discovered his Stand power, upon which point he had an even jollier old time- until he was apprehended by the authorities of course. Stands are well feared, you see, and he was shipped right off to the Mars colonies... where he proceeded to continue with crime and being an overall repent-less tool. However, he does secretly long for friends in his new home, despite his tendency towards bully-activities, and also seeks to get back at those damned Earth police for shipping him off to this awful red ball! You can most likely find him harassing women on public transportation, stealing from children, or shoplifting.
Notable Skills: Jacque doesn't actually have very many non-Stand skills. He's gotten to the point where he relies upon 「Counterfeit」 to solve some of the most basic civilian tasks. For example, when visiting the grocer he simply swaps out what he wants for a facsimile from his Stand, emphasizing some invisible trait such as weight or flavour. Upon leaving with his ill-gotten goods, he allows the facsimile to dissipate, no-one the wiser. However, he is admittedly quite clever in the use of his ability, if of silly motive.
Notable Weaknesses: Jacque is uncharismatic, and a bit of a misogynist. Additionally, he isn't very bright.
Important Items: Jacque only possesses the clothes upon his body.
Appearance: Jacque has a shaved head, and a clean-shaven face. His eyebrows and eyes, however, are a dark brown colour. He is heavy-set, medium-to-tall, and muscular (This is JoJo's, after all,) with working class attire consisting of suspenders and trousers, with a tucked in collared shirt and an open-chested peacoat. The characters '#1' are emblazoned on the back of his peacoat.

Ability: 「Counterfeit」 possesses the ability to multiply living and nonliving things. The duplicates are perfect copies except each duplicate emphasizes a trait from the original object. The emphasized trait is "stolen" from the original object until the duplicate dissipates. For sentient living things, this trait is always the dominant personality trait of the person/animal. For example, a copy of an exceptionally brave person would possess courage unending, while lacking things like judgement or intelligence that were present in the original entity. For nonsentient/nonliving things, Jacque can choose which trait is emphasized from the original. For example, if shooting a weapon, he can duplicate the projectile in-flight while "emphasizing" the sharpness of it, sapping the sharpness from the original, for example, arrow, and turning it into a fast-moving blunt stick.
A total of 3 duplicates from any source can be active at any time. This means that he can duplicate one object three time, each time "stealing/emphasizing" a different trait, or he can duplicate three separate objects once each, or any combination. 「Counterfeit」 must touch an object/entity to duplicate it. Appearance: 「Counterfeit」 is of a deep and luxurious purple, with indigo pinstripes running down it's humanoid length from the waist downwards. Hanging from it's shoulders, it has golden suspenders that affix them self to it's hips with shiny rivets, an a sort of purple plaid colour for it's upper torso. It's face possesses features similar to Jacque's own, with golden, featureless eyes and a golden laurel wreath adorning it's bald head. It's of a similar build to Jacque.

It can land on solid ground, and fly at around the speed of a cargo helicopter, but it is not capable of intricate maneuvers nor melee combat, instead focusing in the ability to deal massive damage at range. It has a noticeable charge-up sequence for it's attacks.
Weapons and Abilities: Railgun.
Stand Burst*: 「Counterfeit」 multiplies the number if coils in the railgun by four, granting the cannon fourfold strength for one shot. However, 「Counterfeit」 chooses to "emphasize" electrical potential at the cost of durability for the coils, causing them to burst and be useless after the Burst Attack.
