Personality: Sydney often acts quite childish despite his age, tending to whine to get what he wants or even resort to fake tears. He hates being compared to a child due to an intense desire to be seen as mature and independent, he’ll do almost anything to seem that way to people older than him.
He’s very passionate about his music, and is quite easily offended. Even when someone insults his old music that he has a deep loathing of, he often takes it personally. He comes off as arrogant and overly confident, but in reality he’s deeply insecure.
Even though he wants to be seen as someone who never forms emotional attachments, Sydney gains crushes very quickly. The moment someone is nice to him he grows very fond of them, and isn’t good at hiding his feelings. Since he has such emotional dissonance, this can sometimes lead to Sydney being abrasive towards the person he has a crush on. When he’s fully aware of his attraction to someone, he can be painfully flirty.

Yet, he wasn’t himself. His guardian had him disguise himself as a bubbly young pink haired girl named Alyssa Mayfair.
As a young child, he acted in a sitcom about a regular family and played the sassy youngest daughter. From then on, he only gained more fame as he took more and more roles. The public loved the show he put on for them as an adorable little girl, so the CEO only kept him on the cameras.
When he was 14 years old, his guardian had him start a pop career as the idol Bubblegum Meltdown. She became an international success, even more famous than the previous sitcom star, and he was conditioned to act like a perfect pop princess for all of his teenage years. No boyfriends, no cursing, no mentions of anything inappropriate, no rebelling of any kind.
Once he turned 18 he couldn’t take the double life anymore. He wanted to be himself, not what the record studio forced him to be. So with the help of two of the interns working for the company, he ran away to the city of Fallbrook after hearing from an older actress that it was the perfect place to escape to.
Current Life: Sydney is making his own original music in Fallbrook, and trying to escape from his past life. The CEO got word of where he went, and sometimes sends his workers to try and bring Sydney back. He's trying to keep his old life a secret from anyone he meets, even though his shows play all the time on TV.
Skills: Sydney is a fantastic singer due to years of training on his belt, and he has passable knowledge of the guitar. He's also a very hard worker when he wants to be, and once a goal is set for him he will work as much as it takes to get there.
Weaknesses: He's incredibly bratty, and is often rude to people who have done nothing to him due to his own assumptions. Since he's so easily embarrassed and easy to anger, he'll often fly into a fury just because someone said something he didn't like.
Appearance: Sydney is a small and pale boy, with short platinum blonde hair that never goes past his shoulder and is swept over one of his eyes. When not wearing contacts, he has one light green eye and one cinnamon brown eye (he often covers the green eye). His top half is quite slim, especially his chest and stomach. A lot of his weight goes to his thighs and backside, giving him a distinguished pear shape. He has a belly button piercing of a mint green heart, and wears all kinds of earrings. There’s a scar on his thigh from falling off a bike as a child, but he covers it with makeup most of the time. His style is very revealing, and often looks completely impractical.
Other Details: Whenever he curses he seems to get almost too thrilled by it, since he was never allowed to do it before. He also reads smutty horror novels and will gladly spill every detail about them to the willing (and even unwilling) ear.

If he’s feeling angry, he becomes strong enough to lift someone more than a foot taller than him completely off the ground. When he’s feeling happy or afraid, he can run faster than a speeding car. Sydney hasn’t tested out the effects with every single emotion. Once one emotional buff is in effect, all of his other skills are depleted by a lot. When he’s angry, he’s slower than a turtle. If he’s happy or afraid, he’s weaker than wet paper.
Careless Memories: Can make the victim forget anything that Sydney tells them to, as long as he’s looking them in directly the eyes and speaks to them in a polite manor. If he falls in love with someone, the stand no longer works on them.
Appearance: Duran Duran takes the form of an incredibly intricate mood ring on Sydney’s left hand, with a beetle sized jewel in the middle of it. When Sydney’s happy, the jewel and the aura around him turns mint green. When he’s sad it turns navy blue, when he’s afraid it turns bright yellow, etc. Sometimes a rounded humanoid figure in the corresponding color to his emotion appears behind him.
Example: Sydney is running from someone, he's absolutely terrified. He presses down on the jewel in the middle of Duran Duran, and is suddenly able to run ten times faster than he was able to before. If he were to try and punch the person chasing him while Come Undone is in use, his punch would be ten times weaker than normal.

He gently cups their face and looks into their eyes, his own eyes glowing and changing colors rapidly as he asks "Could you please forget that you saw that?".
