Name: Don "Donnie" Mikhailov.
Gender: Male.
Age: Twenty seven.
Country of Birth: Russia (more specifically, Siberia).
Personality: Donnie Mikhailov is somewhat labelled as a social recluse, with his entire being literally radiating out the words 'stay away from me'. Being the tall, dark and brooding type while not really consciously trying to be, Donnie naturally comes off as a person many people don't want to hang around. On the surface, he can be very jading to some and is usually jaded by all the shit people pull which is deemed by 'normal people' as 'social interaction'. He's your typical 'I really don't want to go outside forever' person, despite working outside as his job.
Despite these setbacks in the social department, Donnie is quite socially adept and recognises instantly when people are pushed away from him (mostly because he does it to nearly everyone everyday and has learned to see it as a daily occurance) and is quite intelligent in the typical intelligence department, despite blue-collar stereotypes due to his occupation and the like. It's not that Donnie is an arse-hole or condescending prick towards people, and that's what makes him a social introvert - it's mainly because he's very bland as a person on the outside, and the reason for that is that he never actually tries or opens up to anyone.
Very, and that means very deep down, Donnie displays a bountiful amount of will-power and not only the constant reminder of self-preservation but the motivation to save others, especially those he relates with - those without families or who have lost family members.
History: Born in the late 1920's - early 30's in Siberia, Russia, Donnie Mikhailov was never truly exposed to the outside world apart from the cold, harsh climate of Russian winters and Siberian winds that constantly plagued his style of living at every living - and sleeping - moment. Funnily enough, he was born as a Stand user along with every other brother born with him (four in total). He was the son of two working-class Russian-by-blood lodgers who lived in the Siberian woodlands, painted white and nearly always hit by at least seven major blizzard every year. Donnie's father worked as a construction worker who was able to haul tree logs many times the size of himself - maybe due to a Stand power of his, but Donnie at the time, being young, wasn't able to tell. Donnie actually went to school unlike his other siblings who followed in their fathers' footsteps, and made it to the University of Moscow, leaving his family at quite a young age.
However, when he returns after completing his education and getting a degree in Physics, he finds his family home completely abandoned with little to no traces as to where they went. Nothing much is found at the house apart from the evidence that his family was taken - and by force. Possibly by a Stand. A trail of clues and leads, trials and tribulations leads him to the USA, the country of freedom and opportunity. Unfortunately, Donnie being from Russia, America is the opposite of where he wants to go, especially with the constantly rising tension between said country and his homeland. It was a surprise to him that he could even book a ticket to get to the US. Being there, a further examination of the trail he was on lead him to the small town of Fallbrook, where his power called a 'Stand' seemingly came in to play much more. He'd previously treated his Stand as an everyday occurrence, but as he grew up he slowly realised that not everybody had these and could even see Stands.
Current Life: Currently, Donnie Mikhailov works as a construction worker due to a number of reasons: one, being from Russia, his background only allows him to access a certain amount of job opportunities, even in a small town like Fallbrook. Two, he does it because he has some prior experience thanks to his father's teachings all those years ago when he was a little boy in the Siberian alps. Three, he does it as a sort of homage to his currently lost father and family, following his roots as someone who built things. He does this just to sustain income (although, at the state of the demolition and construction centre at Fallbrook, he doesn't really get paid that generously) and to serve as a guise to hide himself from other Stand users (it's gonna be harder than that, Donnie. Harder than that.)
Skills: Donnie is, naturally, decently well-built and has quite the bountiful amount of physical ability yet still quite lanky due to his height, and has much experience in lifting things, tools of the construction trade and codes of conduct around the construction/demolition workplace. Donnie is fluent in both Russian and English languages, however since English is his first language he mostly speaks in simple phrases, but not stereotypical 'heavy-accented Russian brute' English. Donnie also has a degree in Physics, specifically Particle Physics. He preferred the study of particles and how 'slow' a particle can travel.
Weaknesses: Donnie is pre-occupied with the dilemma of his missing family, making him push many other things out of his mind when he has a lead. Additionally, Donnie does not have many social ties, making it hard for him to ‘fit’ into society. While Donnie doesn’t see that as much of a priority, reality begs to differ. To add to that, Donnie is verging on the border of being financially challenged as the job he leads isn’t the most high-paying occupation. The English language isn't Donnie's first one, occasionally leaving him confused when profusely literate people decide to converse with him.
Appearance: Donnie is naturally a very tall man, as a lot of people from Russia are, something he inherited from his parents. While being very strong physically, he is still labelled as lanky and slender due to his height, reaching nearly 196 centimetres tall. He has very fair skin, bordering the colour of constantly pale. Donnie has long, wavy black hair which partially covers the left side of his face like a typical fringe, and a mullet covers the back of his head and neck. Working in the construction business, Donnie usually wears some sort of plaid shirt, mostly red, any pair of well-worn jeans, and the typical construction gear – high-visual reflective vest, yellow hard-hat helmet which covers his matted hair and tall, brown worn boots suitable for heavy conditions.
Other Details: Donnie possesses a strangely light Russian accent, showing up in some of the more flexible English words and phrases, and yet when he speaks Russian he can change back to heavy, full-bore stoic voices.
STAND PROFILE
Name: Siberian Khatru
Namesake: ‘Siberian Khatru’ by Yes.
Ability: Siberian Khatru possesses the ability to touch an object and bring said object to very low temperatures, temperatures low enough to exist in the vacuum of space. Usually using its hands, Siberian Khatru will on contact lower anything apart from its user to said temperatures, able to make many objects brittle and weak, and physically injure a person.
Everything Siberian Khatru demonstrates can be felt by non-Stand users, some of the visual aesthetics cannot be seen, however.
Stand Type: Close-Range
Power: A
Speed: A
Range: E
Durability: C
Precision: E
Learning: C
Appearance: Siberian Khatru’s overall colour palette is dominated with light blue, black and a little bit of orange. It wears a sort of grill or grate over its mouth like a mask over the bottom half of its face, and the other top half has a large orange ski visor covering its eyes, nearly translucent. Siberian Khatru doesn’t really have much ‘hair’ per se, but the top of its head is covered in sorts of icicles which extend quite a far but above its head, curved backward in jagged patterns but somewhat conform to a direction.
The top half of Siberian Khatru is mostly exposed light-blue skin apart from a vest on its shoulders and gloves on its fists. The black vest has quite a large orange lining which looks more like ‘cylinders’ which line it around the shoulder area. The gloves extend to the starts of Siberian Khatru’s forearms and are black with orange-lined accents. The rest of the body is fairly simple, only a sort of ‘skirt’, black in colour and lined with orange to conform with the rest of the aesthetics of the Stand, and the large padded boots which extend to the Stand’s knees, with orange ends.
Example: Siberian Khatru could place its hands on a metal pole and reduce its temperature drastically, making it brittle and possibly able to break. It could punch someone or touch them with its hands and make them lack in temperature in the area it touched them.
