Character Profile
Name: Lacey Rose
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Country of Birth: Fallbrook, USA
Personality: Lacey is meticulous of her words. It is common for people to see her as a creep, not only for her addiction of collecting bones, but her style of speech and thinking as well. Not the most sociable person, but is not afraid to communicate with others. Likes to cover herself up with subtle misdirection, but is not usually afraid to reveal the truth, even if it will cause some friction between her and someone else. If necessary, she will lie, however. When offended or things seem not to go her way, she gets passive-aggressive, becoming gradually more irrational before bursting in anger.
History: A generally normal life, aside from some key factors that changed her personality completely. Starting at the age of twelve, Lacey learned to hunt with her dad, picking up quite a few skills, including how to handle firearms, make traps, cook, survive, and most obvious of all, hunt. Along the way, she came across a strange liking to bones, sometimes going to hunt alone for the sole purpose of extracting the bones of animals. Something was clearly wrong with her, but she kept it secret, and being left alone, it manifested into something greater. Years later, Lacey would grow an unhealthy obsession with collecting bones of different animals and rarities. Unable to keep it a secret anymore, Lacey simply let it be known that she was a collector of bones. Around this time, she developed her stand and would hone it in secret. Aside from these deviations, Lacey's life is generally normal.
Current Life: Lives with her parents. Is urged to find a decent, working man who will put up with her obsession. Collects unusual looking bones to add to her collection. This includes hunting paranormal activity to salvage their bones from the remains.
Skills: Great accuracy with firearms and her own stand. Had a varied skillset, but only a master of a select few, such as hunting and things related to it.
Weaknesses: She can be easily baited with her obsession of bones. Also has mild anger issues and gets flustered easily if caught off-guard. Has the fighting strength of an average girl.
Appearance: 5’5” feet and a slim build. Has wavy hair that’s black and eye color to match. Wears her hair out and keeps it long enough to reach her shoulders. In general, her face is has a distant look that gives off a creepy vibe. The only identifying marks she has are her scars from hunting. On the side of her right shoulder is a large claw mark, and running around the left side of her neck is a scar about 4 inches long. Her movements are tight and precise, wasting little energy, yet have an element of grace, rather than stiffness. Usually wears a militaristic looking dress that reaches her knees and a pair of gloves. On her hair is usually a hairpin made of carved bone in the shape of crossbones.
Art by Nat:
Other Details: Usually travels light, unless it is a situation where she deems it necessary to bring a purse. Her purse contains womanly items, identification, pocket change, chapstick, and whatever miscellaneous items she decides to bring. Regardless of only wearing a dress the majority of the time, she is someone always in possession of a few small animal bones for whatever reason.
Stand Profile
Stand Name: Pistol Made of Bones
Ability: The user is able to materialize their own bones in front of their hands. When the user makes a finger gun, they are able to launch them up to 50m before they shatter and return to the body automatically. Bones from the hand used to make the finger gun cannot be taken from. When a bone is launched, it shatters upon impact or reaching range limit, forcefully propelling shrapnel and damaging its surroundings. The user can choose to return the bone shards to their body at any time, at which point the shards will come flying back to their body before sinking into their skin and returning the state they were in before being shot out. While a bone is absent from the body, the user can still move their body as if they had the bone, but have the option to do otherwise, with full control of how the area moves. The main weakness of the stand is that areas where bones are absent become much more vulnerable to damage. If recalled shards are out for more than 10 minutes, the shards reappear in the user's body.
Stand Type: Ability
Power: B
Speed: B
Range: E
Durability: E
Precision: A (Note: Decreased when firing rapidly or with multiple bones)
Learning: B
Appearance: When the user makes a finger gun, clothing, skin and muscles on the respective forearm ‘evaporate’, leaving nothing but the bones and a flaming, purple aura around it. Bones fired simply materialize in front of the finger before being launched at high speeds. When the user stops making the finger gun, everything slowly comes back together from the air around the arm. Bones sinking back into the skin when recalled will not damage clothing, but instead sink through them as well.
Example of Power: The user shoots half of their spine and is now able to freely bend their back in ways it could not before due to the lack of bones. Because the stand lets them control their movement in such a state, their back does just flop over.
