“I warned you, Olgun. And now I have to keep my promise. Stone Sour, protect her.”
At that moment, Stone Sour reached Olgun and Roxy. Self preservation combined with the noise on Olgun led to a single conclusion for the limited stand. Grab. And so, Stone Sour made such an attempt, moving to grab Olgun and take him on a lovely trip down memory lane. Another piledriver.
“Roxy, you alright?”
Corey wanted to tell his buddies to run, but he knew that such an action would arouse suspicion. If they were mounting an assault, why would he call off his allies? It put them in danger, but Corey had little choice. He just had to work harder to protect them. That was his lot in life, and he accepted it with a hardened resolve.

Shockwaves rip through Olgun's body as Roxy's mind goes into overdrive, a fight for survival as imminent death awaited her. It became abundantly clear to the woman in that moment that Olgun wasn't planning to mess around this time; if he had a chance to kill her, he was going to take it. The Rockettes pull with their might, 10 of her copies pushing against the ground in a last ditch effort to fight against Olgun's weight. Each shockwave causes the goliath to shudder, but he refused to relent, only giving her the satisfaction of a small grunt of pain. To make matters worse, each ripple of power pushed Roxy closer to the ground, her own power working against her. In the midst of this assault, however, she notices something else... Olgun's shoulder...his Stand. The little ox-like creature looks down inquisitively at the girl, seeming to ponder the situation before lifting one of its nubbed hands up high, uttering only a small " squeak." Olgun had pulled something like this yesterday; Kyle and Corey had told her a little bit more about the power from their fight yesterday. He was able to control the way things fell; some type of manipulation of gravitational pull. The only thing was, Olgun hadn't interacted with anything, at least nothing she knew of. What could he possibly be manipulating? Another sound from below caught her attention, taking her away from the pressure bearing down on her. She can see the sand below sifting slightly, something deep beneath her moving upwards and causing a small sinkhole to form. Of course at that moment, Stone Sour had reached the two, the monolith Stand grabbing a hold of Olgun around the waist and heaving him in the air. At that moment, an explosion of sand from below sent granules all around Roxy's face, her eyes catching a brief glimpse of something rocketing towards the sky and shaving away a few strands from her brand new bequeathed pompadour. She had nearly died. What the hell was that? Olgun had been controlling...something... Olgun grunts at the bullets being shot off by Kyle, two of his explosive bullets making direct impact with his boots and kicking up sand all around him. Kyle certainly managed to distract the man, long enough for the rebel's own bid to play out. He managed to land Steve's special bullet right on his chest, a powerful sound ripping through the battlefield and pounding into Olgun's eardrums, giving him painful flashbacks of yesterday. Of course, this very sound would impact the other Rebels, knocking Roxy out of her reverie and leaving Corey and Pisa without much protection themselves from its piercing attack. "Ngh....gah....hehehe, this...isn't gonna...work!" Olgun says, his muscles beginning to rise, all of the rebels seeing a green aura pulsing through his veins like the other day. He was tapping into that well of strength from the other day. "...7....percent...." he mumbles, lifting one of his fists high in the air, a shadow falling over Roxy as she sees Olgun's back growing in mass, going so far as to push her and her drills out of his back and leaving her in a heap on the ground. Of course, Corey couldn't do anything but smirk. Seems like dumb brutes never learn; no matter how hard he hit Stone Sour, it would just keep on coming. There was no attack strong enough to stop it from coming, nothing! Truly, Stone Sour....HAS NO WEAKNESS! Another flash of green flashes through Olgun's body, another heave of exertion sending a gout of blood spurting out of the holes in his back and over Roxy as he brings his fist down as a hammer strike against Stone Sour. He was wasting his time, wasting it...wasting i- The second Olgun made impact, his fist sunk into Stone Sour's chassis, the metal bending and warping around his fist as it glided through the steel around it like mud. The entire top half of Stone Sour seems to burst, as metal is flung all over the field and leaving the Stand's steaming waist all that remains. The air hangs silent, each Rebel not entirely sure what was happening. Stone Sour was their ace in the hole, the one thing that could keep Olgun busy...and he just obliterated its upper half. Olgun merely stands, fists trembling as the piercing sound of Kyle's bullet continues to deafen the others around the soldier. His breathing grows ragged as the sound only seems to heighten, his breathing becoming nothing more than a primal growl as he finally throws his head to the sky in a fit of rage. "ENOUGH!" Lifting both arms, another wave of green runs through Olgun's biceps. In one swift motion, he slams both fists into the side of his head, blood spilling across the sides of his skull and fists as he reduces his ears to a pile of hamburger. "That's better..." In another swift movement, Olgun reaches behind to grab Roxy around her waist in one of his hands, spinning in place before flinging her full force at Kyle, the girl slamming into the man and sending them both sliding across the pavement. "Dodge this." Olgun's Stand appears once more on his shoulder, the tiny thing giving another squeak as the soldier's body glows a bright blue once more. From the sand, two metal wedges rise up before turning on the two fallen rebels and blasting off in a straight shot for them both! Alone with Corey, Olgun turns his head and stares the boy down. If he didn't know any better, he could swear there was the hint of a smirk on his face. "You were gonna kill me, right? That's real tough talk coming from someone hiding in a bubble...I wonder how strong it really is," In one swift motion, Olgun sends a fist crashing into Gotye's shield, sending both Corey and the Stand (along with its user, but he's not important) deep into the ground. Gotye's bubble manages to stave off the surrounding sand, a fact the Stand takes pride in as it points defiantly at the Soldier. "Haha! Your brutish strength is no match for my prowess! Don't you see?! This is true power! The ability to stave off any attack! This is a power that can never be beaten! Ever!" "Oh jeeze, what's goin' on?" Just as quickly as he had boasted, Gotye and his shield immediately vanish, his User getting his bearings and waking up right as Olgun was preparing another fist DEAR LORD THIS WAS BAD TIMING!
Steve's prowess and quick thinking saved his mech from being smashed against the side of a working crane, giving him a boost of speed as he charges towards the source of the shots. Based on his own perception and trajectory data from Anji, it seems like the shots rang out from somewhere on the far side of the compound, near the vehicular equipment. A shot from Anji releasing another swarm of forcefield wasps. The blast trains in on a particularly empty patch of concrete, one that seems to have nothing but a slight shimmer from the heat of the Martian sun... "Crap." A surge of electricity reveals a cloaked Hoeken, fully outfitted in her armor and mask once more as she takes aim at a concrete mixer. A small puff from her silenced pistol sees her soon disappearing in a flash of light, the girl reappearing on top of the vehicle before standing once more to take aim. Putting her pistol away, the girl pulls out a small ball bearing and throws it to the ground beneath her and Steve. A puff of smoke reveals a pool of the strange purple goop from earlier, one that Hoeken takes aim at with a new weapon she pulls from her back. THOOM!
A grenade launches from the barrel, shooting towards the purple goop on the ground...before bouncing off of it like some sort of trampoline. The grenade spins through the air, bouncing off of Anji's cockpit before exploding and sending Anji and Steve rocketing towards the ground once more.
"Hmm...oooh, looks like Olgun's flipping the script. Brat's dealing with the old guy...oh gooooooood, this SUCKS! ....wait. Wait a second." Galatine's interest piques upon seeing something on screen, rolling closer to the surveillance screen. Movement near the entrance, something perched on the wall surrounding the site...watching the fight ensue. "Ooooooh," Picking up the walkie talkie on her desk, she keeps her eyes trained on the figure on screen while talking into it. "Boss, looks like our special guest finally showed up. It's just staring at the others though," " It'll come inside, just give it time. Keep an eye on it, let us know when it makes a move." "Yeah, yeah. You know, I'd be just as useful out there, why am I here?" "Oh for christ's...you know that thing you have, the little ability called a Stand? You know how that shit works, don't you? The thing that put you on this goddamn team in the first place?! Ring a bell?!""Alright, alright, chill! Sheesh," She says, throwing the communicator aside and leaning back in her seat. "Frickin' asshole." Giving a sigh, Galatine leans back and rests her eyes for a moment, anything just to get away from this boring desk job if even for just a momen- BANGHer eyes fly open, staring straight for the vent on the far wall. The vent...undone.
...the hell was that?
From their perch, Alo and Enver could see their plan already forming, Galatine's attention focused solely on their little distraction. All she had to do was get up, and move over there...any second now...
Of course, Galatine did no such thing. Her thoughts were racing while she kept a close eye on the open grate.
Ok...easy. Take it easy. Just need to investigate, probably just popped off from heat or something.
While the woman made no gesture to move, both Alo and Enver were able to see the woman reach into one of her pants pockets, it seeming like she was reaching for something. Seconds pass, neither entirely sure what she was doing. It almost seemed like she was rubbing one out before her eyes widen in what looks like shock.
What...what the? Why isn't my hand appearing? It should be appearing behind those supply racks...it should be right there, feeling around at the cover. There's nothing wrong with my pocket, the only reason that it wouldn't be appearing is...
Someone can see over there.
Galatine sits up in her seat, leaning forward to stare intently at the grate. Of course, for the two rebels, this was all incredibly boring. Nothing was happening, and it looked like she was having the most horrifying time of pleasuring herself. However, one of their wandering eyes were able to see the vent Alo's spiderbros had accosted. Bare. Stripped of nothing worth note...until a hand started sliding out of it into view. It feels around the general area, Galatine's eyes growing far colder as she stares at her own cybernetic claw.
Okay, they're not in the vent, just like I thought. Which means they must have already made their way out; they're somewhere where they can see the vent, but not inside. She throws her gaze elsewhere, the hand retreating from the vent and reappearing from behind a gun rack located near the east wall. The hand disappears again and appears once more behind a set of furniture near the east, closer than before. Suddenly, the hand does not reappear anywhere, leaving Galatine bewildered once more.
Huh...not showing up now. If they were in the room, they would've been able to where my hand would show up...which means they can't be. But it's not showing up now, so they have to be...they have to be in here. If not on the same floor as me...
Galatine finally stands from her chair, both Alo and Enver noticing the pink aura beginning to wave around her, red eyes casting a glance towards the ceiling. Thankfully not on them, but it looks like she was beginning to suspect something...
"...I know you're in here." Shit! "I don't know how you got past the cameras...well, actually, I do. Probably wasn't paying attention...not my fault, this stuff is so boring, am I right? Me, I like the fun stuff. Late night drinking, parties at the nightclub...but you know what I love more than anything? I absolutely love getting to dig my claws into some cute boys. Really make em squeal for me, make em moan," She says, grinning wildly as she brings a now sharpened claw to her lip. "Doesn't that sound like fun? I hope so, cause I know what you're thinking...you're thinking you can distract me, right? To get to there?" She says, blindly pointing at the exit. It was clear she was trying to goad them into speaking.
"Well...I can make that work. Oh yeah...we can make this work. Try and get past me! But I'm warning you, it's a lot, LOT harder than it looks..." Grinning madly now, Galatine puts both of her hands in her pockets, her aura flaring wildly as she giggles to herself.
BANG!
A shot rings off on the far side of the room. Another shot rings out only centimeters from where they were! Another rings out, and another, some being bare misses as she shot wildly into the rafters above. She knew!

As Roxy was flung straight towards Kyle, the young man was already quick to open up his arms and grab her in an attempt to minimize the damage and as their bodies began to slide against the concrete he quickly summoned Taxman before using its elongated arms to grab a hold of the nearest ledge. “Hey, Roxy! We’re building up a ton of speed right now! I think I have a plan! I’m gonna toss you straight towards Olgun but as I do that, I want you to get your leg drills ready! We’re gonna hit him with a momentum-powered super drill attack! But check this out” Taxman then pulled both of them with all of its might which thrusted them off the ground and into the air and as they were sent flying he quickly went into action by loading in a single smoke bullet into his chamber and fired it off straight towards Olgun. The moment the smoke bullet would make impact, smoke would then burst all around Olgun. However, in that moment he quickly used Taxman’s ability to immediately make the smoke around Olgun grow opaque which would in turn disrupt the giant's vision. “Alright here we go! LET’S GO ROXY!” As Kyle and Roxy’s bodies were flung straight towards Olgun, the young man quickly used his stand to toss Roxy’s body straight towards the hulking goliath. He knew this was a risky move but they had to do something to get Olgun off Corey! Steve quickly came upon the sniper that was giving them trouble and to his surprise it was a little girl, but not even having time to question her age she quickly made her move with what appeared to be a grenade launcher! “Hey! Aren’t you a little too young to be playing with that thing?! HEY WATCH IT!” The grenade hopped off his mech before exploding right beneath his mech’s feet. Thankfully the explosion wasn’t nearly enough to break through his mech’s forcefield but the blast was still enough to send him careening towards the ground! “OHHH NOOOOO! ANJI! SAVE ME!” In a flash all of Anji’s arms sprouted out from his mech and caught onto the ledge, thankfully saving him at the last second. The thrusters below Anji then blasted as he once again came flying back towards concrete mixer where the sniper stood on and Steve hovered in the air staring at Hoeken with a cocky grin on his face. “Let’s see how you like this!” Anji’s arms then shot straight forward and grabbed a hold of the concrete mixer before rattling and shaking it with all of it’s might. It wasn’t long until Anji then lifted the vehicle off the ground in an attempt to make Hoeken fall straight into the ground!

Damn, she really is bored. Alo thought staring down at Galatine, the robo-bitch who had just started flicking the bean on the job. These Weapons don't seem so bad really... Thankfully Alo hadn't quite reached this level of boredom yet and hoped he wouldn't have to during the rescue mission. The delinquent was confused as he watched her, and even more bewildered as a hand tried to appear near his spiderbros. Does she have... some sort of orgasm dependent stand? No wonder Gilles had such a hard time with her- that virgin.
Nearly jumping as gunshots began encroaching on their positions he turned to Enver and gave him a look. He tried to make this look as meaningful as possible, convey his question: you up for a threesome with this crazy cyborg chick? He hoped his partner would understand.

Enver watched Galatine, hoping she would go over and investigate the disturbance at the vent. His hopes were crushed however as she stayed right where she was, seemingly rubbing one off as she stared off at the vent intensely. He couldn't help but blush at the somewhat obscene sight. I really should be used to this stuff, it's proving to be a weakness. Regardless of his discomfort he stayed silent and watched, and finally the suspense was broken as Galatine stood. She began to rant into the room, and was rather disturbing while doing it. While that helped to calm him down, it didn't help to ease him, as now he was more worried for his and Alo's safety Enver recoiled from looking at her as she began to wildly pepper the rafters with bullets, narrowly missing them a few times as she aimed to get them to come out. And if they didn't, they'd probably be pinged by a ricochet or something. The two of them didn't have much time.
Looking up to his partner in crime, he read the message the man was trying to convey clear as day. He thought about it for a moment, wondering if they should take her out. It didn't take long for him to come up with an answer. He crossed both of his arms in front of him, making a big 'X', no. They couldn't waste any time handling a crazy cyborg chick, they needed to get to Gilles and get out as fast as possible. But how...
An idea came to the ex-soldier quickly, and in a flash he took off the jacket that Alo had lent him. Large and heavy leather, if it was dark enough and it was only visible for a second, it could easily be mistaken for a person. Thankfully, both of those conditions could easily be met up in the rafters. He looked at Alo and held out his hand expectantly, making his fingers fidget and crawl like an insect. He wanted a spider from Alo.
As soon as the punk gave it to him, he would put it on the jacket, that way Alo would be able to see around the jacket, and Galatine wouldn't be able to investigate with their stand. With that in mind, Enver looked to Alo once more pointing to him emphatically before pointing to himself. It was a clear gesture that conveyed urgency, follow me. And with that, he threw the jacket away from them, arcing it so that it would land behind a large stack of boxes. As soon as he did that he began to silently and quickly move along the rafter, trying to make it as close to the door as possible.
Meanwhile, Galatine would catch a glimpse of something falling out of the rafters out of the corner of her eye. A large shape that was only visible for a second before it disappeared behind a bunch of boxes. A barely audible 'thump' sounded from the other side of it, giving away the position of whoever or whatever landed. And while she was looking over there, Enver was peering at her, waiting and hoping that his gambit would work. She just needed to be distracted for a moment, that's all the two of them needed.

Corey was dazed for the most part. Being thrown underground, and the sand filling up to his waist. It was hard to focus. The sand.... Dazed, he watched as Olgun prepared himself for another attack. But Corey couldn’t focus with all the sand piling in on him. No matter how he struggled, it just poured back in when he broke it. He could never keep it away...for long. Corey had an idea. He muttered something under his breath as Olgun prepared to strike. A very instant later, Stone Sour formed. A golem of sand that clasped its hands together and swung them straight at Olgun’s head like a hammer. Corey had gotten his bearings at this point, and spoke to Olgun as he climbed out of the pit with the others.
“It’s a shame you’re deaf, Olgun. I had more to say to you. Now I just have to show you the strength of my resolve.”
Stone Sour began its assault.

Alo’s grin became a frown. No threeway? What a buzzkill. His facial expressions weren’t expressive enough to get his point across totally, but he was sure Enver would at least register disappointment. Rescuing via sex just wasn’t by the book Alo expected.
These hand signals just weren’t working. Now Enver wanted... Fish? Worms? This finger wiggling just didn’t make sense. Was he trying to say no sex again? Alo responded by holding out his hand, signaling him to stop and then he put his hands together and fluttered them to look like a bird to mock these hand gestures. He stopped after a few seconds and filled his hands with spiders, the only thing he had to offer the guy. To his surprise, Enver wanted them.
Huh. Weird. He shrugged and followed Enver as quietly as he could, realizing that without his pants or boots he could move much faster while still being stealthy.

"Eh?" It was but a quick flitter across the room. Something flew across, landing in a heap behind a pile of boxes somewhere near the back. Galatine's hand slid out of her pocket, her gun held at the ready as she peered over where that thing landed. Was it the intruder?
Did I get 'em? I was just popping shit off randomly, I wasn't aiming to actually hit them. Unless they tried dodging out of the way and fell...would they really be that clumsy?
She stares after the corner of the room, eyes narrowing as she weighs her options. Something seems off...
I'm a skilled assassin. I've hunted men and women down, all with my hands in my pockets...surely they know that. They must know that...is this just a distraction? It would make sense; they want to get to that door. Best bet would be to get me to look somewhere else...unless that's what they want me to think.
The amount of overestimating passes by in mere seconds compared to the two men, Galatine's mind functioning at a higher rate and speed than they could understand. A high IQ thought process.
They want to get my guard down maybe...make me think that's just a distraction, then they can take me out...let me see...
Galatine slowly puts her gun back in her pocket, focusing in on the area the thing landed...but nothing appears. Her eyes widen, drawing the pistol once more and pointing it straight at the boxes.
Stand isn't working...they must be over there. Something is, at any rate. I...shit. I gotta look. There's a chance they can make it for the door, but there's a chance they're just pretending and waiting to take me out. It would be smart; they must know about my Stand now, so they must know that I'm a threat with all of these cameras at my disposal...shit...
"It makes the most sense..." she begins, eyes lowering as she ponders her options once more...before her body sparks to life. She charges forward, pistol held at the ready to fire into the intruder. "...for you to be over there!" Her feet pound against the tiles below, the woman's face set into a glare as she ducks and weaves between the gun racks and high vaulted shelves. She rounds about on the boxes, noting the tint of red shining in the dark and firing off three rounds directly into the leather.
Silence surrounds her...no gasp for breath. No cry of pain, no death rattle that she's come to savor so maliciously. Nothing.
Her eyes furrow, glowing a deep crimson as she walks forward. She didn't aim for any vital points...she never does with a gun.
"I'm going to say this now. I'm checking this body...what better be a body, I should say. If I don't see one...if all I see is some kind of rag or towel here that you threw...if I find out you just made a fool of me...
"You won't leave this building alive."

Alo cocked his head to the side, considering Galatine's words. She was... planning to just let us go before this? He wasn't exactly aware of how the UN worked, especially whatever cheap, sub-contractors the Living Weapons were, but he doubted they just let criminals squeeze away. Maybe her robo-brain is just fucking up without that sweet release she was working toward.
Before Galatine could properly inspect the "body" Alo manifested his stand on the opposite side of the room in front of the door she was supposed to be guarding. Dozens of Spiderbros formed into a large mass before quickly pummeling through the doors and out of the room. Once the other side the Bros quickly dispersed and fled out of sight. If Galatine had caught a glimpse of the figure she likely wouldn't think it was human, but she would certainly think it was alive. Ideally this would pull her away from her current target.
And if she did, she might think that she had failed at her guard duty: that the rebels had gotten through. This was a tactic Alo used from time to time when he was out thieving, make the target think you had already hit them - then quickly strike while they were panicked! Galatine was probably cleverer than most of his targets, but even a few moments of panic could be worked to their advantage.

A loud noise soon brought the girl out of her moments of pure survival insticnts. Roxy was still alive which surpirsed her, but Olgun was still out to finish her off. THere were a few strands of hair missing from her pompadour, which was strange. She didnt have time to worry about her new rocking hairstyle however, she was going to get flattened like a pancake... a really unfitting way to go out. Soon though he was glowing and her drill was pushed out from his back, leaving the girl sprawled out on the ground, staring upwards at the mass of muscle. Olgun then picked her up. "Oh no.... Not again."
Roxy then went ragdoll as she was thrown right at Kyle. Thankfully Kyle had a plan forming, and caught her. "Alright, yeah. Momentum, drill, got it." She really didn't understand a majority of his plan, probably due to how fast he was speaking, but she had the basic jist of it down. "Yeah lets do it!" Kyle then launched her as a high speed projectile aiming right for Olgun.
The Rockettes then appeared over it's user, giving Roxy the same mannequin-esque appearance as she aimed her drill leg right for Olgun. The stand boosting her power as she does this, coupled with the speed at which she was flung at.

The Living Weapons: a legacy title passed down to soldiers that prove themselves to be highly skillful, compatible and, most importantly of all, completely and utterly dispensable. It is a title passed down to those with the highest set of skills, but also to those with no attachments outside of the United Nations. All soldiers are expected to die for their planet, but the Living Weapons are said to expect death on every mission they are assigned. Soldiers with no attachments to whether they live or die, so long as they can carry out their missions in their own way.
Hoeken is one such member of these Weapons. Gifted from a young age with a steady aim, Hoeken was drafted into the United Nations as part of an underground Child Soldiers ring, meant to overthrow rebelling nations that refused to comply with UN statutes and regulations. Hoeken began her military career at the age of 12, growing up within a high ranking and highly esteemed family within the United Nations. The past year saw her official status as an undercover soldier wiped away suddenly, only to have her listed within the official ranks of Lars Ulrich's Living Weapons unit.
Taking the codename "Hoeken," the girl has maintained her status as a soldier of the shadows, being nothing but a whisper on the battlefield as she fulfills her role as sniper within the Weapons...
~~~
The truck beneath Hoeken shakes as Anji lifts her up, the child soldier wobbling slightly but, ultimately, maintaining her balance. Her glare remains hidden behind her blank and eerie mask, the girl deep in thought as she considers all of the possibilities at her disposal. She needs to get some distance between her and Anji; she had assumed the old man wouldn't be much of a problem, but she was running on some gaps in knowledge regarding his skill set. After all, he hadn't been able to participate during the battle within the Martian City yesterday; she had to play her cards carefully, at least until given the signal to change course. She was nothing if not dutiful to the plan.
Tossing her grenade launcher behind her, the girl quickly runs across the top of the vehicle, unhooking her pistol and taking a few potshots at the exterior of Steve's mech. Each bullet bounced off harmlessly, Hoeken taking notice. Only larger caliber ballistics would pierce its hull, or possible some explosive payloads.
She manages to find her way onto Anji's arm, running along the lengths of it before she finally reaches the base of the mech, the girl taking a second to crouch down to gain her balance. She breathes deeply, closing her eyes before she hops into the air, holstering her pistol to shoot blankly in front of her. Steve's mech was beneath her, but she was aiming at nothing at all. It was a strange sight surely, before Steve hears a small POP and a small flash of light. Where Hoeken had jumped before, she was no longer there...but her grenade launcher was. Steve could see her suddenly falling in the air in front of him, her pistol rounded on the grenade launcher that was falling towards him from above. She squeezes the trigger, a bullet shooting forth with a CRACK as it races for her abandoned weapon. This must be her plan, she was going to detonate all of the explosive payloads within her grenade launcher, all right on top of Steve and Anji!
"Can't hear ya, don't care,"
A bright green energy flows through Olgun's biceps, the brute building up his power as he prepares himself to smear Corey, Gotye's user and Pisa all at once. His eyes remain listless, as no doubt the soldier was rather disappointed at how quickly this group would be snuffed out. They really were just runts-
"Huh?" It was almost as if Olgun could sense the gravity in Corey's words, or perhaps it was the sifting in sand beneath his mighty boots. Either way, Olgun was alerted by the reappearance of what he had assumed he destroyed: Stone Sour.
"Shit, how did he...," he says, breathlessly. Olgun's body was already in motion, there was no time to dodge; and Stone Sour was aiming directly for his jaw. An attempt at a clean knock out.
"D-dammit, block...block it!" He shouts, almost as if he was berating himself, unable to do anything as the golem's fists swing through the air like a hammer. In an instant before Olgun's fist could make contact with its User, Stone Sour's fists struck first, slamming into the side of the soldier's head with a sickening thud. It was enough to shatter bone, and surely this would put Olgun down for the count...but Corey notices something odd.
As the hulk reels backwards from the blow, finally giving Corey and his support some space, he can't help but get a good glimpse at the sight of impact. It seems odd...but he swears he can see cracks forming alongside Olgun's jaw. The area was a bit dented from Stone Sour's attack, but it seems as if he hadn't completely broken the side of the soldier's skull; he merely...cracked it? No matter how strong Olgun was, he was still human. Human beings don't crack like stone...
Olgun staggers backwards, his arm immediately losing its green glow as steam wafted from it. His veins were sticking out against the skin, throbbing like small worms wriggling underneath. "D-damn it...I didn't think...he could s-summon it," he says, his speech slurred a bit as his jaw swung. He was clearly fazed by the impact, which alighted some glimmer of hope within Corey. He wasn't unbeatable, they could at least take solace in that.
In his dizzying reverie, Kyle and Roxy's attack came through. Shooting forward like a missile, Roxy's Stand powered kick pierces into Olgun's chest, her drill singing a high piercing whine as it came to life. Blood flies from the wound as the drill sets to work, Olgun's eyes bugging out as he roars from the pain. Her leg was already much deeper than it had gotten into his back, and she'd hit his heart in no time, ending this fight.
But, perhaps unsurprisingly, her drill began to die down once more. It was just like before when she had drilled into his spine, but this was impossible. There was no way that a human being could be thick enough to stop a drill like this. She notices her leg starting to shake from exertion, trying to dig deeper but being unable to. Then she noticed something she hadn't before.
Cracks were starting to form in Olgun's chest, around the impact of her drill. All at once, her leg gave off a rather ugly whine, the grinding of gears being slammed to a halt as the drill was denied any further entry into the soldier's cavity. It was like she was trying to drill into the toughest of steel...
And then her drill began to melt. It was slow at first; she only notices what's happening as soon as she could see small rivulets of silver fluid leaking from the sides of her leg and Olgun's wound. After that, it didn't take long to realize that her actual drill was getting smaller and smaller, losing its shape slightly, while the hole around Olgun was starting to get more and more visible. After a few seconds, she could see directly into Olgun's chest, the torn muscles and faint beating of his heart noticeable within...along with something else. The glare of sunlight as it bounces off of a pair of glass goggles...
Astra.
"I suppose the cat's out of the bag. Was hoping we could at least take one of you out before you realized, but I suppose it was mere wishful thinking. Still, it doesn't change much; at least now we don't have to struggle to keep it hidden." The soldier snickers to himself before vanishing into Olgun's innards once more. The larger brute snorts, blood spitting from his mouth before he grips onto Roxy's leg. With his free arm, he rears his fist back before swinging it straight for her skull, the Rebel noticing Astra's smaller hand slowly oozing out of the large expanse that was Olgun's fist. He was going to try and soften her head, Olgun's blow killing her instantly by splattering it everywhere!
As the group struggles against the onslaught of Olgun and Astra, Bethany lounges behind the sand dune, flipping through a magazine as the sounds of battle fall on her deaf ears.
"Sure is taking them awhile. Already gone through like 2 of these....sigh, bet they photoshop half of these skinny bitches," she says, bemusedly, as she wipes a bead of sweat from her brow.
"Wish the A/C worked in this thing, if not for that damn cop from yesterday..." she says, about to flip the page before noticing the page turning on its own. She sits confused for a moment before realizing that her own clothes were rustling slightly. There was no breeze until now...
She turns her head, noticing that the A/C had sprung back to life. "Huh? That didn't work before..." She says, putting the magazine down before fidgeting with the vehicle's various busted knobs. She was sure that it had been busted beyond repair, but every knob seemed to be impacting the air itself.
As she fusses with her car's air conditioning, she doesn't notice something slink behind the vehicle, disappearing over the hump of the hill and swimming through the sand towards the construction site.
Two clawed hands grip the edge of the outer wall, a dark shadow pulling itself up onto the ledge as a pair of yellowed eyes survey the area.
Patience, boy, patience. You ain't ready for him yet, that I can tell ya. You need a lil more meat on your bones...and I'll bet you I know where you can get some, nice and peaceful like.
The Touch pants heavily as its claws fidget against the brick and concrete of the construction site's walls, the Stand staring at the battle happening between the Rebels and the Weapons. It's gaze lingers on Roxy for a moment, noticing the attack rearing for her head. Its muscles tense and a deep growl digs from its bony chest into its throat, its tongue lolling from the side of its mouth as it glowers.
Woah, woah, easy now. Remember what we talked about, boy. Quite frankly, I don't think she's gon' be too happy seein' you anyway, regardless. Best to stay out of sight for now; you'll get your chance once you get some alone time with your papa.
The Touch growls once more, before turning its sight elsewhere. The administration building, the same one Enver and Alo were currently infiltrating. Staying out of sight, The Stand slowly makes its way over, its hunger clawing in the back of its mind as it smells its prey drawing nearer.
Enver watched as Galatine went to investigate Alo's jacket, taking the bait just as he had hoped. Great! This was easier than I thought it was going to be. Everything was lined up perfectly, Galatine was looking away from the door, rafters, and cameras, and instead focusing on a discarded article of clothing. Now all they had to do was book it! Except, that wouldn't work. Galatine would hear them escaping and would chase after them, blowing their cover anyways. Enver didn't have any ideas to solve this dilemma, and was deep in thought trying to think of one when Alo acted on his own plan.
A swarm of his stand burst through the doors loudly and dispersed on the other side, making it seem like the two of them had just made a break for it and escaped. Enver's face lit up in realization as he figured out Alo's plan, the man turning to Alo and giving him a grateful thumbs up. The punk definitely had better instincts than he did in these sorts of situations.
He turned his attention back to the android below, reaching down to his belt and slowly pulling out a knife. He was sure they had pulled this impromptu plan perfectly, but who knows if it could go wrong. There was no harm in being prepared in case Galatine somehow saw through the ruse, though Enver wasn't sure if the knife would be very effective against Galatine if that happened.
Galatine's eyes glower as she stares down at the coat, the jacket completely empty with no body in sight...
A dull light glows from behind her retinas, slowly building into a blinding red as her hands shake. She could hear the door fly open behind her, letting her know that this was all some kind of ploy. Drag her away from the door. It was such a classic move, and she completely fell for it. She turns her head back, shaking as she watches the last remnants of Alo's Stand peel out of sight. Her hands fidget at her sides as she walks back, small blades slowly peeling their way from her fingertips, arms hanging loosely as she trudged for the door.
They made her look like an idiot...after she had gone through all of that yesterday with that dipshit with the ants. She could use the cameras to try and cut them off, but if they managed to get any deeper into the building, they'd leave her line of sight, and then there'd be nothing she could do. She couldn't take something like that again, she couldn't suffer that embarrassment. Hell, Astra got to do more than she did yesterday. Astra! She can't take that sitting down, she can't go so long without cutting someone up into ribbons. Fuck Lars; momma needed some action.
"Alright, fine. I'll play this little game for a bit. Let's see how long it takes me to find you, sweetie. Grand prize is a quick stab through the chest..." She says, sauntering out of the security room as she chases after Alo's distraction. Their plan worked, although they'd probably have to deal with Galatine at some point if they followed her out. Maybe they could get a good idea on where to go from the security footage.
