Personality: Roger is a quiet individual, even for being a mute. He never tries to interact or even gesture towards most people unless it's really needed. He seems to rarely lose his cool (although that might be because of his mask covering his face) and has a soft spot for children.
History: Roger was born mute and with a case of gigantism in a rich household, much to the disappointment of his parents since his disability caused most of his relatives to shun and ridicule him. His father constantly wished that he hadn't been born and constantly insulted him. Because of this Roger took refuge by playing with other kids, but even then most of them would mock him. The few friends he made however we were kind to him and because of his relationship with his family and other adults he started actively avoiding adults and hanging with children more.
Roger awakened his Stand just a few days before an entire community of Stand users was exiled to Mars. His father personally brought him in to the UN in order to get rid of him and clear the family name. Strangely enough he felt more at home at Mars then he ever did back in Earth, since everyone had their fair share of problems and felt like outcasts from society. As time passed he decided to rebel with a mech, becoming a deadly guerilla sniper that devastated Earth Military ranks before he was captured. The UN sees him as an incredibly skilled and experienced Stand user and he's been given a choice: Work for the government or be executed.
Notable Skills: Has a keen eye and decent reflexes. Almost never twitches.
Notable Weaknesses: Unable to speak. Enormously large so he can be easily noticed.
Important Items: A locket with the face of a loved one.
Appearance: Roger usually wears a light brown poncho and dark brown jeans, along with a black cowboy desparado hat. He wears black fingerless gloves to help him snipe and his face has a grotesque metallic mask over it, covering all of his face with only a few holes in it to let him breathe and one hole for his good eye to aim.
He is enormous due to his gigantism, being around 2,6 meters tall.

Ability: Ignorance Is Bliss imbues any projectile the user launches with motion tracking capabilities. The projectiles maintain the original trajectory that the user had intended, but whenever an object near the targeting range move, the projectile will automatically move towards it, changing its trajectory mid-flight. The Stand is unable to distinguish between living and non-living entities and minor movements like breathing do not trigger its effect. The projectile must also be reasonably close to an object before it is able to change its trajectory.

Appearance: Jeh Jeh Rocket is a black, humanoid shaped mech with a large hole in the center of its body. Nothing particularly stands out about it in its normal form, but upon reaching appropriate terrain, the mecha can crouch and enter a "Sniping Mode". In this mode a long, 20 meter long barrel comes out of the robot's chest as it stays still.
Weapons and Abilities:
-Giant Sniper Rifle: JJR has a giant, 20 meter long sniper rifle inside of its body that it can take out in its "Sniping Mode". While this mode doesn't allow the mech to fire any other weapons, the rifle's has incredible destructive power (able to make a small house crumble with a well placed shot) and is able to even pierce the sturdiest of mecha armors. While JJR's mobility is limited in this state, it has numerous wheels on its legs that it uses to move sideways, constantly changing its sniping position to avoid being seen. A drawback about the sniper rifle however is its limited clip size (5 shots per clip) and its length reload time due to the size of the bullets and the barrel. It takes around thirty seconds to reload a full clip.
-Thermoptic Goggles: The mecha is outfitted with thermoptic goggles, special nightvision goggles that allow to see perfectly in the night, but also trace heat signatures of targets away. These goggles have an enormous zoom range, able to see targets clearly from miles away.
-Thermoptic Camo: The mecha also has a thermoptic camo function that allows it to temporarily copy the color of its surroundings, masking itself. Due to the prototype technology used to make this cloaking feature, it's easy to see through up close, but from afar it's incredibly hard to distinguish the mech from the background. A downside however is that shooting the sniper rifle temporarily disables the thermoptic camo due to camo's incredible power usage. It also takes around 5 seconds for the mech to be completely camouflaged.
