Name: Nico Norocco

Personality: Nico is first and foremost a kleptomaniac. She'll often try to find a way to make money out of a situation and this in part fuels her impulse to steal.
Naturally reserved and distrusting, Nico prefers fleeing or deceiving the enemy to one-on-one confrontation, especially as her Stand ability isn't particularly powerful. She can deal with people fairly well once she feels comfortable, but has a fear of cyborgs - she doesn't really see them as human, which creeps her out.
History: The youngest of six kids, Nico was born into an over-burdened, hectic family in a rough part of New York. Her exhausted parents didn’t really have time to look after her and the lack of real care, coupled with the rowdy, dirty home meant that Nico usually stayed out of the house. Even at a young age Nico was the runt of the family and got bullied for this inside and outside the house, giving her a severe height complex that lasted past childhood.
As a result Nico tried at all costs to be seen as "grown up". That's why, when the kids from the street started stealing, Nico jumped at the chance to prove herself. She only meant to try once, maybe twice, but quickly found herself loving the adrenaline rush and unable to stop.
And so, at the tender age of 13, Nico soon found herself in a juvenile detention center, kicked around as usual for being the shortest one there but not necessarily the youngest. To add to her worries, the veins on her right hand suddenly started kind of... popping out, in a gross way, and that only added to the heckling. She discovered her Stand ability after she realised she could simply make her body mushy and seep through the prison bars to freedom.
Since then, Nico has amassed an extensive criminal record on Earth as a petty thief and is well known for making "impossible" escapes. At one point she was discovered as a Stand user and sent to Mars, where she now resides, actively avoiding any sort of actual work.
Notable Skills: An "adept" thief with nimble fingers, naturally skilled at blending into the crowd. It’s rare that she needs to resort to fleeing but when the time comes, her high stamina more than makes up for her short legs when running. She considers herself very crafty and has a knack for getting herself out of sticky situations without having to trade punches.
Notable Weaknesses: In terms of physical strength, very weak - not a fighter by any means. For this reason she avoids conflict and can come across as cowardly. Fears cyborgs and rats.
Important Items: Nico tries to avoid lugging around heavy weight, but can’t help keeping some of her valuables. Among her favourites are a gold chain necklace and some cuff links with silver animal designs on them – unwearable, but cute. She keeps all her possessions except the necklace in an incision at her hip (similar to Hermes' boob slots).

Disconcertingly short, at 140 cm, Nico is dwarfed by most people she meets.
She’s picky and preoccupied with her appearance, her dark eyes framed by thick (stolen) masacara’d lashes and her lips always, without fail, ruby red.
But the concealer can’t hide the undereye circles and that – coupled with her tendency to yawn and slouch – betrays many sleepless nights.
Her unruly black hair is the one thing she can’t control and she’s given up on even brushing it, letting it spill past her waist.

Ability: Can make her body's organic materials, including hair, nails, skin and cells expand and retract. As a result she is able to manipulate her body in any way or form - not to the point of shape shifting, but e.g. she can quite easily pass through a tight space, increase the length of her limbs... etc

A short-to-mid range rapid-fire weapon capable of causing severe damage to most mechs, provided Skin Song gets close enough to land enough shots. The beams are red and searing hot if they come into collision with skin, stripping it down to the bone.
Secondary Weapon: Heat-seeking missiles
A mostly accurate long range weapon shot from the red dot on the mech's head: requires some recharge time. (3 posts) Zips through the air silently, but hits with a bright and ear-deafening explosion.
Misc - these were built into the bot as abiding with UN protocol
> Self-destruct and eject - In case of emergencies, if mech is damaged enough the driver is ejected out in a capsule and the mech will explode with a wide range. The capsule comes with parachute and lands the driver a long way away from the mech. (The original function included an emergency call to the UN, which Nico destroyed.)
> Detect - Mech is able to lock on and target 'intruders' (read: enemy mechs), in the sense that it can trace their movements around the map.
> Jets - efficient escape method: shoots out of the mech's 'shoulder pads'. Mech can control the direction of the jets. Uses up a lot of fuel, however and so should be used sparingly.
> Kick - not much to say here. Using its good sense of balance, the mech aims a sharp kick at the intruder, to either cause damage or in best cases cause it to topple over.

Originally one of the many minor sentry bots built to protect the UN headquarters, Skin Song is now an efficient skirmisher mech. Its advanced speed and light exoskeleton makes it easy to dash there and back quickly, as well as being much quieter than other mechs. However this also makes the mech fragile and it does better in fighting using the 'hit-and-run' method rather than engaging in close-combat.
Stand Burst*: As if She Were Alive
From the mech's 'octopus mouth' a huge hunk of liquefied flesh is expelled which Nico can fashion to fit a variety of purposes, such as fixing broken parts of the mech or using the tough flesh as a net to trap the enemy.

- The abdomen section of the mech incl. shoulder-pads can rotate at a 360° angle, making it easier to detect & hit enemies
- Bottom half of the legs are much longer, similar to stilts.
- The joints are connected with organic ligaments. The 'skin' of the robot is fairly translucent; its inner workings can be seen, and pulsing veins run all the way through.
