Name: Elizabeth ‘Buffy’ Buster

Personality: Buffy is a brat, for lack of a better word, one that after uses her powers as a stand user much more frequently and more recklessly than some of the other Mars colonists. She has a rather careless and snarky attitude about her position in this extraterrestrial society she lives in and often looks for things she’s better at than others. On a world where everyone has a special ability and additional making all these abilities seem very mundane compared to the greater mass Buffy sees it as a personal pride to try and find a talent of her own, even if it involves training and using her Stand day and night. Interpersonally she seems a bit extroverted and enjoys some companion from time to time, especially if there’s something in it for her with any situations she involves herself in. If she were ever called to action however she can put on the face of a hero, at least she likes to think she does, but if it’s anything involving combat she can get easily frustrated by the very nature of her stand being move focused on evasion than any actual combat.
History: Like some children her age Buffy was a Mars-born child to two stand users. She doesn’t know much about Earth or what it is like on the blue planet. All she’s ever known was Mars and it isn’t perfect by a long shot but she calls it home regardless. From stories, her parents and others have to tell her about Earth and how Stand Users, like herself, were sent here as a kind of banishment she had always held a very terrible opinion of this supposed ‘homeworld’ of theirs. As of current time, she would be seen as just another member of the Mar Colony, though most would know her as this girl that likes to use her stand’s ability far more after than she should be.
Notable Skills: Buffy doesn’t have many personal skills that she can call notable. Though she is rather clever from time to time and likes to use the more and usually sees and notices minute details that others which in rare cases could give her an edge up in situations.
Notable Weaknesses: Her weakness is also an extension of her cleverness since she usually finds that she enjoys taking the fun route to a solution than it is taking the most efficient route.
Important Items: For Buffy, the most important thing in her possession is an angel shaped pendant necklace her mother gave her when she was only three years old, which was around the same time her mother had died of illness.
Appearance: Buffy stands at about 5’02” (1.53 m) and weighs 110 lbs (50 kg). She is of a rather lithe build and is rather fit for her age. She had lightly tanned skin and silver eyes with black short, ear-length hair that has some of the hair on the right side of her face dyed silver. She has several clothes she usually wears but traditional she wears a short denim jacket with a black and white horizontally striped shirt underneath and denim tattered looking jeans, flat black shoes and always wearing her mother’s angel necklace.

Act 1: Gives its user the ability to run up to speeds equal to an Olympic runner and over the course of running the user’s reaction time and situational awareness advances.
Act 2: Has the ability to leave two marks on two subjects. A left wing mark and a right mark, these marks can be left on the two subjects of interest for as long as the user wishes until activation. Once the marks are activated the two subjects will instantaneously switch places with each other or if the right wing mark is placed on a static object the subject with the left wing mark will teleport to where the right wing mark was placed.
Act 3: Has the ability to instantaneously teleport the user to any location within the user’s eyesight. The maximum teleportation distance for the stand is 30 meters (100 feet).

Act 1: Act 1 is simply a silver heart with two very small metal wings on each side of the heart which is attached to the back its user at all times.
Act 2: Is shaped like a fairy-like creature that is barely a foot tall with a silver body and larger metal angel like wings. Its eyes are human-like but with silver heart shaped pupils.
Act 3: A much more humanoid like Stand that stands at the same height as Buffy with metal angel wings that are about 2 meters in length from the end of one wing to another. She had a completely silverish white body with a similar build to Buffy and has humanoid eyes with the same eye color as its user. It has a silver heart that conforms to its chest and stomach and silver arms and legs with metal angel wing symbols on the back of its hands and high heel shaped feet.

Appearance: Virtual Insanity is very bulk humanoid-like mech with the cockpit being located in the middle of its body which is heavily armored along with the rest of its body with a silvery white metal. The mech itself has no head and it is mostly torso arms and legs. The arms are thick and strong in build with barely any visible wiring or moving parts. The legs are very similar to the arms and have a very bulky hardened looking weight to them. Altogether the mech has a very durable and blocky look to it though is very slow to move but supplies a lot of physical strength to make up for it.
Weapons and Abilities: Virtual Insanity doesn’t have any kind of long range weaponry to speak off but to supplement for this its arms are designed with powerful machinery that gives it unimaginable strength, even from a mech of its kind. Its overall strength allows it to strike through most armors very easily and it can also lift most object twice its size and mass. As a result, though the mech can not travel very quickly over vast distances even when moving at top speed.
Stand Burst: When prompted Virtual Insanity can leave a marker at a specific location of the pilot’s choosing. When the mech is set to activate its try Stand Burst, Virtual Insanity generates a field of effect around it in a 10-meter radius. Once the field is launched the mech will then instantaneously teleport itself and anything within this field back to where the mech set its marker.
