Name - Franz Ferdinand
Age - 19
Country of Residence - United States of America
Country of Birth - Austria
Languages Spoken - English, Austrian Standardized German
Personality - Franz is — at his core, a kind and caring soul, however, he often has issues making this aspect of him outwardly known. To most people, Franz comes of as overtly quiet, rarely going out of his way to interact with others, if however, he does, it will usually be in short, stunted sentences or simply just bodily gestures. Franz truly aspires with all his being to be an author, however, has very little drive or motivation to do so.
History - Franz, despite being born in Austria, has no true remaining memories of his time there as his Parents migrated to the States during the height of World War II, instead he grew up in America as part of a model of the ideal “Nuclear Family”. Franz is the middle child in a group of 3 siblings, both of whom he dislikes despite never having come into direct major conflict with either of them as they are what he was expected to be, his elder sister is a nurse and graduated the top of her class in high school, his younger brother is an incredible athlete and is the most popular kid in his school, in contrast, Franz was a social outcast, he simply didn’t apply himself enough in school to be considered part of the smart kids, he wasn’t interested enough in fantasy games to be a part of the geeky group and he was too socially awkward to be part of the “in” crowd.
Franz dropped out of highschool once he turned 18, at the time he was adamantly convinced that he would go on to become a famous and accomplished novelist later in life, however, following one crushing rejection letter after another from publisher upon publisher he lost the will to continue working on his novel though he refuses to admit to himself nor others that he stopped making headway. Franz now spends his time as a living, breathing tale of caution, he works the job of a young teenager as an adult at a local fast food restaurant and then returns home to his parent’s house where he is met by the taunts of his family. Although, Franz’s father, Michael, is wholeheartedly supportive of Franz pursuing his dreams and becoming an author, his mother is significantly less so, she believes Franz to be a disappointment and a failure, though she would never say this this to Franz’s face, he is painfully aware of her thoughts and she knows full well that he knows, they have an unspoken agreement never to speak on this, his younger brother Alex however, is a much different story, he makes it a point to berate and verbally degrade Franz at every available opportunity, taunting him as though he was his superior.
Skills - Extremely creative, able to remain calm in high pressure moments, has a very good memory
Weaknesses - Physically out of shape, Socially inept, in an argument he is a pushover, cowardly, in denial about his situation in life, takes criticism extremely poorly, allows his emotions to cloud his judgement - especially when it concerns his family life
Appearance - Franz gives very little thought to his outward appearance, he has medium-long chestnut brown hair which goes straight down, the only sense of order to his hair cut is his bangs which are usually kept neatly brushed to the side but that is only to keep his hair out of his eyes, he has greyish-blue eyes, a slight amount of blemishes and acne cover his face and he has wild and unkempt - albeit not very long facial hair. Franz stands in at a rather short 5”8’ and weighs an underwhelming amount at only 128lbs, in terms of overall build he is incredibly scrawny, has no muscle and his silhouette is vaguely feminine.
In regards to clothing, Franz looks relatively plain, he wears casual pants, usually jeans or khakis, plain white or black t-shirts which he tucks into his pants and is covered by a long sleeve button-up shirt which is normally kept loose, the over- shirts will either be plaid or just a flat colour, however, Franz will almost always stick to dark colours. In terms of accessories, Franz wears plain grey discount sneakers, a brown leather belt with a plain buckle, a pair of black thick-rimmed glasses with extremely thick lenses, a fake gold watch and a silver chain necklace.
Items - A black ballpoint pen, a black leather notepad which was originally intended to make sure Franz didn’t forget good ideas for his novel but has not seen use for months and a switchblade which he purchased after he mugged to prevent a repeat incident however when the repeat incident eventually occurred he realized that gun trumps knife.
(ACT I)
Type - Integrated stand
Ability - 40 Quote ACT I allows Franz to peel his body apart as though it was made of sheets of paper. Each individual sheet has a measurement of 5’ x 7’ . Additionally, Franz has total psychic control of all paper produced by the ability of ACT I, this effectively grants him the ability of flight, this power also has some defensive use as he can spread his body out to lessen impact. If a piece of paper becomes torn, stained, soaked or marked then it will not be able to fuse back into Franz, however being crumpled, folded or otherwise bent will not stop them from being reformed back into Franz, any mass Franz loses will recover over the course of one to three days, however if a major portion of his pages are lost, he may suffer permanent damage. The ultimate function of ACT I is the ability to “reform” his body with the paper, for example, if Franz wanted to see into a locked room, he could turn part of his hand into paper, maneuver the paper through a vent, turn his eye into paper, then reform his eye using the paper already in the next room which was once his hand, however, he requires a significant amount of paper to form larger body parts. Once ACT II is awakened, ACT 1 gains the extra ability to let Franz chose the size of paper he creates.

(ACT II)
Type - Close Range
Ability - ACT II's ability is triggered by writing an object down on a piece of paper (Being created by ACT I is not mandatory) The piece of paper will then “fold” itself into an origami rendition of the word written, the paper will take on the physical properties and chemical of the object taken with the exceptions of visual aspects (It will still be the parchment white shade of paper.), if there is not enough paper to make the object written down, a scale model would be made instead. However, there are 3 restrictions on his power
a.) ACT II cannot create a working source of energy, be it heat or electrical, this means that things like fire and batteries cannot be created, this, by extension means things such as a blow torch, a flashlight or a radio would not work (Although the shape and material would still effectively be copied, they just wouldn't work)
b.) ACT II is incapable of copying advance machinery or clockwork, this means that things just as a wristwatch, a car or a stove would not work, but again, the shape would be copied.
c.) ACT II is — for the reason stated earlier about not copying colours, incapable of creating transparent objects such as glasses or magnifying lenses.

Appearance - ACT II appears as a tall spectral figure, it measures it at a massive 8”0’ but has cartoonishly slend
er proportions, having a waist that is only a mere 24” in circumference, long limbs and a neck which are just as ghastly and ill proportioned as his waist and skin with the appearance and texture of paper, with the exception of a red cross decal on it’s face. ACT II’s apparel is that of a cartoonishly dapper Victorian gentleman, mostly consisting of an ebony black tailcoat, pants, shoes and top hat with silver plus shaped buttons and red silk accents. ACT II carries around a black cane headed by a silver 3d replica of it’s plus decal, despite it’s lanky appearance, ACT II is surprisingly powerful in combat, being able to use both it’s cane and a variety of weapons created by it’s power with stunning finesse.
