While he is generally nice and helpful, due to his weak body he can at times be manipulative in order to stay safe.
History: He was born in a big city, as a kid Eka liked astronomy and would often build detailed star maps, he would sleep late at night dreaming of the stars. Early one morning with time to kill, Eka left his house where he stumbled upon a space rock that had crashed into a local barn, he touched the rock and felt closer to space then he ever dreamed to be. This emotional surge triggered him to awaken his latent stand, he kept this rock as a necklace so that he would never forget this event. This lead him from being a genus to a hated stand user.
Current Life: He lives on mars teaching and observing the stars, often when hes not working he watches the stars and collects space related things. He often goes to the library to read.

Appearance: He is a skinny and tall, his skin is brown and smooth like butter and around his neck he wears a meteorite necklace. His hair is long and orange-brown and a handlebar mustache, he dons a Eva esc Test Type Plugsuit but with the color scheme of his mech and the addition various bells sewn into it and red boots. His eyes are green and he has a overly large head.

-Cosmic dust: The cape and arms are coated in a dusty cosmic energy, when in inside of his mech Eka can only use his stand for propulsion.
-Dust launch: At the cost of some energy stardust can shoot its spacedust at a opponent, bombarding them with a storm of pebble like debris
-Weapon formation: By using some energy and with the prerequisite of holding the item,starseed can replicate the weapon using energy. These weapons, while stronger then their physical counterpart cost a lot of energy to create, the original weapon is destroyed and the energy weapon dissipates over time.
-Recharge: It takes time for starseed to release the energy needed to form the cape, Eka is is vulnerable during this time.

His stands cape only protect him from conventional weapons (fist,sword,small arms and small riffles, ect), some enemy stands may very well negate this.

Its slightly elongated beak his adorned with white bonny spikes. Although its face is bird like its body is very reminiscent of a athletic human. All of its limbs are humanoid except its feet are very much like a raptors, the hands have vents. On the back of this beast is a backpack like cockpit and below it are multiple vents like on its hands that are designed for stand based propulsion. This machine has an AK 47 styled rifle slung around its side and a saber knife sheathed on the left bicep.

Stand Burst*: Once per battle, Eka can use starseed to shoot a long range condensed energy beam out of the mechs hand vents, this beam is quick and as hot as lava however, it is 5 meters wide and slowly shrinks the farther it goes.
