Name: Tor Falk
Gender: Male
Age: 28
Country of Birth: Norway
Personality: Tor is a detached and solitary individual, avoiding interaction with others whenever possible. He shows no empathy nor sympathy towards people, not even those particularly close to him. He only shows hints of affection towards his sister, Troika, but it's not uncommon to see him act cold towards her as well. In general Tor has no strong relationships with anyone, nor does he see a desire to make such relationships.
History: Tor was a simple teen living the good life in Norway with his parents and sister. That all changed when they were suddenly involved in a brutal car accident while driving to the beach. His parents died in the crash while Tor was sent in a coma and his sister lost an arm and both her legs. The two were rushed to an hospital immediately, but one of the random passerby observing the scene had noticed something strange happen during the crash. This news eventually reached the UN, who checked the siblings and realized that Tor was a Stand user. While the policies at that time suggested that Stand users be sent to Mars immediately, the UN noticed that his Stand might be useful to test a prototype weapon in development. Tor and Troika were officially written off as "dead" while they were in reality transported to an UN military base.
Tor was then subjected to the first experiment. Due to it being impossible for him to recover from the crash's injuries, Tor's brain's data was rewritten in the form of AI by prototype UN technology with a high chance of failure. Surprisingly enough, Tor's mind lived on as an AI despite all odds. The second experiment then occurred: Making an AI pilot a mech. The mech in question, however, was no ordinary mech. It was a 100 meter tall behemoth that was only to be released against serious terrorist attacks or an all-out war. It was so complicated to control that no human could control it, unless it was a Stand user or an AI. Connecting Tor to the machine was relatively simple. The only hard part was explaining Tor the situation. Tor was given the truth, explained the details of the car crash, his parent's death and how he had a "gift" that could save millions of lives from terrorist attacks by Stand users. He had a tantrum at first, but eventually approved of the UN's methods and decided to be a public "hero" in order to make his sister look up to him.
The third experiment was what the government was after all along: Testing out the MEGADETH-12 Shotgun. This incredible weapon had incredible firepower, but absolutely terrifying recoil as a result, strong enough to crush even the arms of the sturdiest UN mechs. However, the energy behind the recoil was easily evened out and spread throughout Tor's entire body thanks to his Stand, making him the only person (and mech) alive that could use it. Tor then participated in various campaigns against Martian terrorism, completely overwhelming foes with his superior firepower. As time passed, however, he grew more and more aware of the limitations of being a mech and his brain started forgetting essential human features, such as emotions, feelings and senses. He spent a dozen of years in that state and became a UN general. Despite this, the current Tor is a shadow of his former self and can reasonably be called an object instead of a human being, his brain having now become one with the AI.
Current Life: Tor currently remains an UN general in exchange for his sister's safety. He views himself as a mere machine and no longer thinks of himself as human.
Skills: Is a giant mech. Can no longer feel pain. No sense of tact, taste or smell. Hearing and sight are granted through robotic parts so flashbangs and similar tools don't affect him.
Weaknesses: Lack of empathy towards human and animal life. Lack of senses has caused him to become cold and bitter. Usually forced to fight foes alone by UN officials, afraid of his destructive power.
Appearance: Tor is a 100 meter tall mech in red and purple. He has a large humanoid body that resembles an exoskeleton, but said skeleton is covered by thick plates of armor that make him look like some sort of humanoid tank. His head is a large metallic UFO with a single red light on it resembling an "eye".
Other Details: Being a human mind in the body of a mech, he has mech stats and weaponry.
Firepower: A
Accuracy: A
Melee: A
Speed: A
Maneuverability: C
Durability: A
Weapons and abilities:
-MEGADETH-12 Shotgun: An enormous shotgun Tor holds in both hands and as large and long as almost half of his mech. Is able to fire numerous and different types of projectiles already stored in it. These are: Missiles, bombs, napalm, armor piercing bullets, fire (akin to a flamethrower), laser blasts and sonic booms. While it is limited to only this kind of ammunition by default, the user can also grab any item they find and insert it in the shotgun and it will be fired no matter what, making it a device that accepts any kind of ammo. The recoil on it is, however, quite monstrous and it takes a ten second cooldown between shots.
-Flight: Tor is capable of flight thanks to a jetpack on his back. It is directly connected to his power supply and has a low risk of running out of fuel as a result, but it isn't very fast compared to the speedier mechs, it max speed being Mach 3.
-Heavily armored: Tor's entire exoskeleton is surrounded by heavy armor plates designed to tank the MEGADETH-12 Shotgun's recoil and as a result it's also a sturdy defense against most weaponry. With enough damage, however, it is possible to peel it off.
