Fallbrook Branch
The Fallbrook branch, also known as "Black Ice" is an offspring of the motorbike club known as Hells Angels. It was technically first founded when Juno Monroe was ordered to collect stand users and convince them to join the group, But in reality it was probably a long thought decision made by his boss in order to distance himself from the increasingly sinister California branch. After collecting a few unnoticed stand users and a patient from the asylum members of Juno's original gang started to come up to Fallbrook until eventually the boss came himself. The total gang consists of 7 members, all of which are stand users and located within a small bar that the club is renting as a hangout spot.

Soft-spoken with a sharp wit, Juno's the kind of guy that likes the kind of stuff you do but never tells you about it until you find out. Juno believes that the worst sin is to harm things that are purely innocent and will take charge if something threatening his ideals is happening. While he does resent police he has no problem working with them for a greater good. However it seems whenever he does something good someone takes it the wrong way so he does have hesitation at times. Juno believes in the paranormal and fate with total certainty.
History:
Growing up in lower-class California, Juno was quickly branded a delinquent despite his peaceful personality. At age 15 he saved the life of a child who was about to get hit by a car, if it weren't for it unknowingly summoning his stand he and the child would be obliterated immediately. When the authorities and child's mother came Juno was arrested for apparently throwing the boy in front of a moving car after they overheard the boy lying to his mother to try and avoid a scolding. While he was in jail Juno came across a man who witnessed the accident and also just so happened to be a stand user as well. The man offered to testify for Juno if he agreed to work for him as a member of his gang. Without much of a choice Juno accepted and was later released, It was later that he found out the man was a sort of operative in a biker gang known as the "Hells Angels". With the man and his small group Juno was able to control his stand and develop a bond with them, two years later and Juno had become this guys right hand man,which he was perfectly fine with.
Appearance:
Juno has black hair and brown eyes, hes Caucasian and is well built. Average height for a 17 year old and a split left eyebrow. Juno styles his hair by shaving off the sides and leaving the bangs, then slicking them over to the right side of his head. Juno's attire is usually bomber jackets, blue jeans, an average belt and biker boots. On occasion he wears aviators but only to look cool because he has trouble seeing out of the cracked pair he has, he insists the crack makes it twice as cool.

The ability to place pistons on any solid surface ranging from the size of a nickel to the length of a car by punching in a direction within 3m, The platforms on the pistons are always a perfect square and are made of whatever material the piston comes out of. the Pistons can be opened and closed at will with a punch in the direction of the piston (similar to sticky fingers) and the platforms can be rotated horizontally or vertically. the pistons have a pushing power of 750 psi at close range and can extend to a maximum range of 6m. The pistons continue to exist even when the user leaves its range up to 40m and psi of the pistons are halved when closing. The number of pistons that can be made are infinite, however you cant place a piston on another piston.

A metal-like being similar to a robot with a visor similar to those of the aliens from "The Day the Earth Stood Still" except there are two visors instead of one. It has a jaw that is screwed onto the sides of its head and protrudes forwards like the visor and a protective brace around its neck making it look like it has a toilet seat lid made of metal on its shoulders. Its joints are black and its abdomen is made up of various cut cylinders that look like a six pack.

Nowhere Man (I am aware that op abilities like this are frowned upon, which is why this character will be leaning into the villain category instead of Support or Player)

Personality: Incredibly paranoid at all times yet with a good heart, NwM tries to live a daily life with his strange stand even though that is nearly impossible. Whenever he finds the time to record something, he will immediately. NwM's paranoia combined with his constant forgetfulness don't mix very well, causing him to attack anyone who he points his left hand at immediately. If NwM actually had an untouched mind, he would probably be a world class chess player. In order to tell that his notes are his he sometimes writes random things in his notebook to make sure its his handwriting.
History: NwM, real name unknown, is an escaped mental patient which Juno found stumbling around in the woods without any real recollection of anything beforehand. NwM suffers from his own stands ability which makes him constantly forget who or where he is, with the exception of how to use his stand. He was first sent to the asylum when he was 21 after he had unknowingly murdered a family for a reason not known to him. In guilt of this he scarred the word "murderer" over his chest and turned himself in, explaining his disability before eventually forgetting who he was again. When the asylum was in red alert he accidentally wandered out into the woods without any real idea of where he was going. In order to help himself cope with his ability he has tattoos surrounding his body telling him information that must be remembered at all costs. The most notable tattoos are the ones on his left and right arm, on NwM's left arm hes tattooed Foe with an arrow pointing down his hand and on his right the same thing except with Friend instead. Juno, gaining his trust and convincing him to get a tattoo on his back of the Hells Angels to never forget he joined them. The Fallbrook Branch jokingly call him Nowhere Man since he cant even remember his name, NwM is also a gunslinger with cowboy levels of skill.
Appearance: Incredibly tall and well built with wild red hair and a unkempt beard. In order to keep people safe from his ability he wears an opera style face mask with "Don't take this mask off or people will get hurt" written on the inside. NwM wears a long and grey winter coat with a grey fedora hat. He carries a revolver on him at all times, despite Juno and the others trying to take it from him without getting shot.

Ability: If anyone looks at NwM's face or his stand's face NOK will go into a blind rage, violently screaming and thrashing about for a good 5 minutes before chasing down whoever has seen his face. Every 15 minutes since activation it will enter a new phase...
Phase 1: NOK will start out incredibly fast (A in speed), weak in power (D in strength), and vulnerable to most damage (D in durability), it will about the size of a 10 year old.
Phase 2: NOK becomes notably taller and larger, becoming about the height and width of a car that's propped up vertically. Its strength will increase to B levels along with its durability but its speed will go down to a C.
Phase 3: The final phase, NOK will be around the same size as a 4 story building. its arms and legs will become incredibly long spikes that sink into the ground wherever it walks, in this phase NOK can walk directly through all objects and people, the only time it will become vulnerable is when it tries to impale people with its arms or legs, even then the immense size of the stand would make it difficult to deal damage. Its speed will be incredibly slow (speed E) to the point where it looks as if its simply walking casually, this will be made up by the size of the stand, which allows it to cover a good distance with every step. Its also made up by how whenever attacking with its arms the range and power of its blows are enough to rip someone to pieces in one hit (power A).
NOK is a Far Distance Autopilot Type stand but it has a range where it will stop pursuing people, that range is 15m in its first two phases and 50m in its final
phase. Every time NwM uses NOK he will go into a seizure until it stops pursuing the target or the target dies, once this happens NwM will wake up without any memories whatsoever.

NOK looks like a black shadowy figure with a hole where its face should be, the inside of the hole is a blood red and there are shards of black teeth surrounding the hole. The stand looks incredibly malnourished and its shoulders, elbows, kneecaps, ankles and hips have spikes poking out going upward. It has incredibly long claw like fingers for its first and second phase but in its third it's limbs will turn to incredibly long spikes.
Example of Power: NOK is activated and chases its target, in its first phase it knows its vulnerable so it hides in the shadows and waits to scratch at unexpected times or evolve to its second phase. In its second phase it will fight normally while trying to keep its distance, knowing its weaknesses. In phase 3 it will pursue the target in a straight line without any thought other than to kill.
Cole "Hushpuppy" Moores

Personality: Silent, Cole hates speaking unless hes in a really good mood or its completely necessary as he thinks he sounds like someone with a mental disability whenever he does. Cole's favorite thing to do is to silently loom over others and make them feel uncomfortable, his signature move for doing this is what the others call "the cold shoulder" where Cole gets behind someone and rests his hand on their left shoulder, gripping it with an eerie amount of force. Despite his cold demeanor Cole has a love for zoology and exploration, Cole would throw his life away for the boss and treats him like a father.
History: An original member of the Hells Angels, Cole was recruited at a young age by the boss similar to Juno but instead of living a happy middle-class life he was raised in poverty only by his mother. when he was 14 the boss found the young stand user attempting to steal his wallet and recruited him. When Juno was 18 he got into a fight with another stand user using a fishing rod stand and had his tongue ripped out the side of his mouth, destroying both his left cheek and 80% of his tongue. Cole still won, but gained the nickname "Hushpuppy" since that time. It took years for him to finally be able to speak again, yet he's still unsatisfied with the results. Cole's fiancée, another member of the Hells Angels, has known Cole since a child and is also a stand user.
Appearance: Cole has grey eyes, brown messy hair, and a semi noticeable scar on his right cheek. He wears a leather jacket with the Hells Angels insignia on the back of it, a studded belt, ripped blue jeans, combat gloves with metal around the knuckle area, and steel toed cowboy boots. The injury on Cole's cheek has healed up, but can never fully close so he has to either stitch it up weekly or leave it open. Cole is tall and lanky, but can still pack a punch.

Ability: When activated a futuristic motorbike helmet will form around Cole's head, when this happens any living thing that Cole touches can have a talent, attribute or trait stolen from them and replaced with one of his own. This ability can work on stand users, however it cant steal someones stand or ability, only weaken it and take its strength. The living thing that's had its talent swapped will regain their original attributes when the stand is either deactivated or leaves its range of 15m.

Literally just a modern day motorbike helmet with some future helmet grooves and a pitch black visor.
Example of Power: While SD is activated Cole could touch a bird and choose to take its ability to fly, at this cost his own arms turn into bird wings and the birds wings turn into human arms (hah). Cole now has the ability to fly within his stands range as long as the bird stays alive. Another use could be if he was severely wounded he could transfer his injuries onto another living being, however once the being dies from the wounds they will return to Cole. A way to bypass this could be to transfer his wound onto an elephant or a tree as the wounds wouldn't be as severe to these larger and sturdy creatures and would probably appears as a few stabs or cuts, Once this happens Cole can take the injuries back and they would be less severe. Cole could also touch a fish to gain the ability to breathe underwater but the fish would have to breathe air, making it a short time until the abilities swap back after the fish dies from drowning.

Personality: A greedy little shit as most of the Fallbrook Branch puts it, Hes always asking for money and sometimes uses his stand as an excuse for this, often times he will pretend hes being attacked and claim to need pocket change... only to take your money forever. Because of this the group has decided never to help Psi if hes in a fight and just let that rat die. Psi has no manners, no respect for authority, and is kinda a jerk. Hes always got a new con or scam to get money and usually tries to convince NwM that he was a male stripper in his past life and that he should return to his old ways. However, if he is suddenly attacked his first action will be to create a distraction and run away immediately, he will also taunt while doing this. Despite all his flaws and cowardly appearance. If another member of the group is in danger he will not hesitate to answer the call and gain a little more respect for his efforts. Psi is also the gangs accountant, even though he sneaks a little money from the group funds every now and then.
History: A member of the original Hells Angels who fled to Fallbrook after he fell into severe debt to another member, The third member to come after Juno arrived. Raised in New Mexico and from a long family of accountants, Psi left after trying to steal money from a mob boss he owed when he was 18. Psi was caught and was about to be killed when he uncovered his stand, effectively destroying all the money and all remains of everyone in the room except him. Fearing for his life that he would be wanted for his crimes he fled to California where he met the Boss who at the time was struggling with trying to keep their hangout spot from being disclosed. Psi offered to help sort out the money issues he was having at the time, if it wasn't for him the gang may have been broken up and the Boss would have been humiliated by the higher ups. Because of this he feels grateful and refuses to remove him from the club, despite everyone's complaints.
Appearance: Wears a torn up jean jacket with the Hells Angels insignia on the back, people would regard to his outfit as a "Canadian Tuxedo" under the immense amount of jean is a turtleneck sweater with the sleeves cut off. Psi has dirty blond hair and its styled into a Mohawk, his deformed nose shows how many people in the world despise his existence. Psi is missing a tooth and has a couple golden crowns.

Ability: If the user or stand touches any form of currency valuable in the current continent he's in it will set a bomb on in similar to Killer Queen, however he can only do this on money and nothing else. The thing that makes up for this is that the power of the explosion will scale with the value of the money, P2P can also chain explosions with money he hasn't touches by having the explosion touch more money. A penny has the explosion force of a small popper, a dollar bill that of a small firework, a 10 dollar bill wold be around the power of a regular firework, a 50 dollar bill would be a small pipe bomb, 100 dollars would be a stick of dynamite, 200 would be that of a grenade, and 1000 dollars would be like a gas explosion inside of a house. the damage of the explosions scale up to a maximum of 10,000 dollars, which would be equivalent to a napalm bomb dropped by a fighter plane. The scale of the money to explosions decreases in power the more money it is, technically the power of the explosion would scale past 10,000 dollars, it just wouldn't be very noticeable.

A larger than average stand with a large chest, thickly armored arms, and small legs with reverse joints. Its head is a change symbol put on its side, making it look like the C part of it is horns. Its color scheme is a Dark green and a copper like brown in the larger areas. It has a massive Yen symbol that goes from its chest to its hips. the dividing section of the Y curves over its shoulders and the = part wraps around the waist. Its shoulder guards are $ signs.

Vibrant, flamboyant, and excessively loud. It would be best to avoid Kate to avoid a barrage of questions, screaming and eventual crying. Katlyn has no fear whatsoever and will laugh in the face of a ghost or monster thinking its some dumb party trick, refusing to believe its anything else than that. Katlyn tries to avoid alcohol at all times because if she gets a bottle of liquor in her eyesight she will end up unconscious or vomiting in your toilet. Katlyn is also madly in love with Hushpuppy, opposites attract I guess.

Without a doubt Kate would have returned to the tragic reality that awaited her if it weren't for a young Cole Moores finding her and discovering her stand ability. A completely new world was opened up to her and she loved it, when Cole mentioned he knew about a club full of stand users she immediately forced her way into the group. Her own eagerness and desire for socialization was met with the truth. Nearly half the deprived perverts at the club tried to force themselves onto her at once while the other half beat the horribly wounded and now tongueless Cole, for the first time in her life she was afraid. If it wasn't for the Boss coming in and defeating a dozen stand users at once by surprise she would have been raped and killed. The Boss took her under his wing and vowed to protect her despite being forced to pay a massive debt to pay up for the henchmen of other bosses he had beaten. Wanting to be done with the awful old hideout she came along with Cole to Fallbrook where she got a job as a waiter in the bar the Fallbrook Branch has decided to stake as their own.

No Doubt will release two spiked Yo-Yo's from its hands that can climb on any surface it hits, as it gets farther it will unravel its strings more and more to a total length of 40m. The Yo-Yo's will dig into human flesh if they touch and will try to constrain their victim by wrapping their strings around them. Although useful this is not No Doubt's main ability, which revolves around the strings rather than the Yo-Yo's. If someone or something touches the strings the Yo-Yo's are attached to then they will begin vibrating at an insanely fast speed, its a guarantee that you wont be leaving that attack without some minor cut of sorts. No Doubt's best way to use its ability is to enter an area that's spacey yet has various objects cluttered up in certain areas and to wrap the Yo-Yo's around different objects to create a kind of giant spiderweb in the area that will alert the user where the target is and will cause vibrations to not only go through one part of the string, but any parts of the string that part touches, causing an incredibly dangerous game of jump rope.

Appearance: An angular and feminine body with black and red stripes running down its white body, loose red strings fall out from the joints of the stand and eventually curve upward back into them. Black and red Yo-Yo coverings bump out of the sides of No Doubt's arms and legs giving them a riveted effect, these same Yo-Yo coverings also make up the stands only clothing, its skirt, and the stands hair, which is about the same length as Katlyn's. the coverings are tied together by small intersecting pieces of string, similar to chain mail. The stands two large eyes are a bright red with a small grid of black lines running through them, its smaller two which lay next to the larger ones but on the outer side are slightly lower down and are a glowing pink making the stand resemble a spider.
Example of Power: No Doubt is in a forest and wraps its Yo-Yo's around various trees in the area to create a defensive perimeter for itself a pursuer enters the forest and accidentally trips over one of the lines, activating immense amounts of chain vibrations which begin to whip continually at the user until he either bleeds out from the cuts they receive or the internal damage from being to close and trying to defend against the vibrating strings.

Phase 3: The final phase, NOK will be around the same size as a 4 story building. its arms and legs will become incredibly long spikes that sink into the ground wherever it walks, in this phase NOK can walk directly through all objects and people, the only time it will become vulnerable is when it tries to impale people with its arms or legs, even then the immense size of the stand would make it difficult to deal damage. Its speed will be incredibly slow (speed E) to the point where it looks as if its simply walking casually, this will be made up by the size of the stand, which allows it to cover a good distance with every step. Its also made up by how whenever attacking with its arms the range and power of its blows are enough to rip someone to pieces in one hit (power A).
NOK is a Far Distance Autopilot Type stand but it has a range where it will stop pursuing people, that range is 15m in its first two phases and 50m in its final
phase. Every time NwM uses NOK he will go into a seizure until it stops pursuing the target or the target dies, once this happens NwM will wake up without any memories whatsoever.

NOK looks like a black shadowy figure with a hole where its face should be, the inside of the hole is a blood red and there are shards of black teeth surrounding the hole. The stand looks incredibly malnourished and its shoulders, elbows, kneecaps, ankles and hips have spikes poking out going upward. It has incredibly long claw like fingers for its first and second phase but in its third it's limbs will turn to incredibly long spikes.
Example of Power: NOK is activated and chases its target, in its first phase it knows its vulnerable so it hides in the shadows and waits to scratch at unexpected times or evolve to its second phase. In its second phase it will fight normally while trying to keep its distance, knowing its weaknesses. In phase 3 it will pursue the target in a straight line without any thought other than to kill.
Cole "Hushpuppy" Moores

Personality: Silent, Cole hates speaking unless hes in a really good mood or its completely necessary as he thinks he sounds like someone with a mental disability whenever he does. Cole's favorite thing to do is to silently loom over others and make them feel uncomfortable, his signature move for doing this is what the others call "the cold shoulder" where Cole gets behind someone and rests his hand on their left shoulder, gripping it with an eerie amount of force. Despite his cold demeanor Cole has a love for zoology and exploration, Cole would throw his life away for the boss and treats him like a father.
History: An original member of the Hells Angels, Cole was recruited at a young age by the boss similar to Juno but instead of living a happy middle-class life he was raised in poverty only by his mother. when he was 14 the boss found the young stand user attempting to steal his wallet and recruited him. When Juno was 18 he got into a fight with another stand user using a fishing rod stand and had his tongue ripped out the side of his mouth, destroying both his left cheek and 80% of his tongue. Cole still won, but gained the nickname "Hushpuppy" since that time. It took years for him to finally be able to speak again, yet he's still unsatisfied with the results. Cole's fiancée, another member of the Hells Angels, has known Cole since a child and is also a stand user.
Appearance: Cole has grey eyes, brown messy hair, and a semi noticeable scar on his right cheek. He wears a leather jacket with the Hells Angels insignia on the back of it, a studded belt, ripped blue jeans, combat gloves with metal around the knuckle area, and steel toed cowboy boots. The injury on Cole's cheek has healed up, but can never fully close so he has to either stitch it up weekly or leave it open. Cole is tall and lanky, but can still pack a punch.

Ability: When activated a futuristic motorbike helmet will form around Cole's head, when this happens any living thing that Cole touches can have a talent, attribute or trait stolen from them and replaced with one of his own. This ability can work on stand users, however it cant steal someones stand or ability, only weaken it and take its strength. The living thing that's had its talent swapped will regain their original attributes when the stand is either deactivated or leaves its range of 15m.

Literally just a modern day motorbike helmet with some future helmet grooves and a pitch black visor.
Example of Power: While SD is activated Cole could touch a bird and choose to take its ability to fly, at this cost his own arms turn into bird wings and the birds wings turn into human arms (hah). Cole now has the ability to fly within his stands range as long as the bird stays alive. Another use could be if he was severely wounded he could transfer his injuries onto another living being, however once the being dies from the wounds they will return to Cole. A way to bypass this could be to transfer his wound onto an elephant or a tree as the wounds wouldn't be as severe to these larger and sturdy creatures and would probably appears as a few stabs or cuts, Once this happens Cole can take the injuries back and they would be less severe. Cole could also touch a fish to gain the ability to breathe underwater but the fish would have to breathe air, making it a short time until the abilities swap back after the fish dies from drowning.

Personality: A greedy little shit as most of the Fallbrook Branch puts it, Hes always asking for money and sometimes uses his stand as an excuse for this, often times he will pretend hes being attacked and claim to need pocket change... only to take your money forever. Because of this the group has decided never to help Psi if hes in a fight and just let that rat die. Psi has no manners, no respect for authority, and is kinda a jerk. Hes always got a new con or scam to get money and usually tries to convince NwM that he was a male stripper in his past life and that he should return to his old ways. However, if he is suddenly attacked his first action will be to create a distraction and run away immediately, he will also taunt while doing this. Despite all his flaws and cowardly appearance. If another member of the group is in danger he will not hesitate to answer the call and gain a little more respect for his efforts. Psi is also the gangs accountant, even though he sneaks a little money from the group funds every now and then.
History: A member of the original Hells Angels who fled to Fallbrook after he fell into severe debt to another member, The third member to come after Juno arrived. Raised in New Mexico and from a long family of accountants, Psi left after trying to steal money from a mob boss he owed when he was 18. Psi was caught and was about to be killed when he uncovered his stand, effectively destroying all the money and all remains of everyone in the room except him. Fearing for his life that he would be wanted for his crimes he fled to California where he met the Boss who at the time was struggling with trying to keep their hangout spot from being disclosed. Psi offered to help sort out the money issues he was having at the time, if it wasn't for him the gang may have been broken up and the Boss would have been humiliated by the higher ups. Because of this he feels grateful and refuses to remove him from the club, despite everyone's complaints.
Appearance: Wears a torn up jean jacket with the Hells Angels insignia on the back, people would regard to his outfit as a "Canadian Tuxedo" under the immense amount of jean is a turtleneck sweater with the sleeves cut off. Psi has dirty blond hair and its styled into a Mohawk, his deformed nose shows how many people in the world despise his existence. Psi is missing a tooth and has a couple golden crowns.

Ability: If the user or stand touches any form of currency valuable in the current continent he's in it will set a bomb on in similar to Killer Queen, however he can only do this on money and nothing else. The thing that makes up for this is that the power of the explosion will scale with the value of the money, P2P can also chain explosions with money he hasn't touches by having the explosion touch more money. A penny has the explosion force of a small popper, a dollar bill that of a small firework, a 10 dollar bill wold be around the power of a regular firework, a 50 dollar bill would be a small pipe bomb, 100 dollars would be a stick of dynamite, 200 would be that of a grenade, and 1000 dollars would be like a gas explosion inside of a house. the damage of the explosions scale up to a maximum of 10,000 dollars, which would be equivalent to a napalm bomb dropped by a fighter plane. The scale of the money to explosions decreases in power the more money it is, technically the power of the explosion would scale past 10,000 dollars, it just wouldn't be very noticeable.

A larger than average stand with a large chest, thickly armored arms, and small legs with reverse joints. Its head is a change symbol put on its side, making it look like the C part of it is horns. Its color scheme is a Dark green and a copper like brown in the larger areas. It has a massive Yen symbol that goes from its chest to its hips. the dividing section of the Y curves over its shoulders and the = part wraps around the waist. Its shoulder guards are $ signs.

Vibrant, flamboyant, and excessively loud. It would be best to avoid Kate to avoid a barrage of questions, screaming and eventual crying. Kate has an extreme hatred to people who lie to her so your best bet to get out of a conversation with her is to exaggerate an excuse or give little information as to where you are going. Katlyn has no fear whatsoever and will laugh in the face of a ghost or monster thinking its some dumb party trick, refusing to believe its anything else than that. Katlyn tries to avoid alcohol at all times because if she gets a bottle of liquor in her eyesight she will end up unconscious or vomiting in your toilet. Katlyn is also madly in love with Hushpuppy, opposites attract I guess.
History:
Born in San Francisco to a wealthy family, Kate was born with her stand active and as a result was a social outcast in her local community. Katlyn's family played it off as it being normal for children to have imaginary friends until the age of 12 where they became worried and decided to hire a personal psychologist for her. Despite this Kate remained unnaturally happy throughout her childhood, as she grew up she began to understand that her mother was a trophy wife and her father was about 20 years older than her. At age 16, refusing to believe the lies spun around her childhood and "imaginary friend" she ran away from home, her father simply believing she would come back out of fear and her mother simply choosing not to care at all would wait for her return. Without a doubt Kate would have returned to the tragic reality that awaited her if it weren't for a young Cole Moores finding her and discovering her stand ability. A completely new world was opened up to her and she loved it, when Cole mentioned he knew about a club full of stand users she immediately forced her way into the group. Her own eagerness and desire for socialization was met with the truth. Nearly half the deprived perverts at the club tried to force themselves onto her at once while the other half beat the horribly wounded and now tongueless Cole, for the first time in her life she was afraid. If it wasn't for the Boss coming in and defeating a dozen stand users at once by surprise she would have been raped and killed. The Boss took her under his wing and vowed to protect her despite being forced to pay a massive debt to pay up for the henchmen of other bosses he had beaten. Wanting to be done with the awful old hideout she came along with Cole to Fallbrook where she got a job as a waiter in the bar the Fallbrook Branch has decided to stake as their own.

No Doubt will release two spiked Yo-Yo's from its hands that can climb on any surface it hits, as it gets farther it will unravel its strings more and more to a total length of 40m. The Yo-Yo's will dig into human flesh if they touch and will try to constrain their victim by wrapping their strings around them. Although useful this is not No Doubt's main ability, which revolves around the strings rather than the Yo-Yo's. If someone or something touches the strings the Yo-Yo's are attached to then they will begin vibrating at an insanely fast speed, its a guarantee that you wont be leaving that attack without some minor cut of sorts. No Doubt's best way to use its ability is to enter an area that's spacey yet has various objects cluttered up in certain areas and to wrap the Yo-Yo's around different objects to create a kind of giant spiderweb in the area that will alert the user where the target is and will cause vibrations to not only go through one part of the string, but any parts of the string that part touches, causing an incredibly dangerous game of jump rope.

Appearance: An angular and feminine body with black and red stripes running down its white body, loose red strings fall out from the joints of the stand and eventually curve upward back into them. Black and red Yo-Yo coverings bump out of the sides of No Doubt's arms and legs giving them a riveted effect, these same Yo-Yo coverings also make up the stands only clothing, its skirt, and the stands hair, which is about the same length as Katlyn's. the coverings are tied together by small intersecting pieces of string, similar to chain mail. The stands two large eyes are a bright red with a small grid of black lines running through them, its smaller two which lay next to the larger ones but on the outer side are slightly lower down and are a glowing pink making the stand resemble a spider.
Example of Power: No Doubt is in a forest and wraps its Yo-Yo's around various trees in the area to create a defensive perimeter for itself a pursuer enters the forest and accidentally trips over one of the lines, activating immense amounts of chain vibrations which begin to whip continually at the user until he either bleeds out from the cuts they receive or the internal damage from being to close and trying to defend against the vibrating strings.
