History:
As a child, Rodolfo often wished to swim in the ocean by the Seattle area. This was outlawed, as the military had set up a large complex in that zone, dubbing it the 'Pacific Naval Control Fort'. Rodolfo remembered swimming in the ocean as a young child, feeling the salty water splash against his thin body. He dreamt of the depths, painting the water and the creatures that resided within it. He sold his paintings, and became a child prodigy. Alas, every artist has their own type of blue period, and Rodolfo was no different. He lashed out against the world as a whole, causing him to develop his 'ability'. He told nobody except for his sister, Anna. He thought he could trust her. It turns out he couldn't trust anybody, and she ratted him out to the military for his stand ability. He was sent to Mars at age 14, becoming a skilled dowser. In a cruel twist of fate, his sister later joined the military as a high-ranking commander.

Skills:
A naturally skilled swimmer. He is a competent swordsman, but is a terrible shot with ranged weapons. He also is skilled with his Mech, Death Of A Martian.
Weaknesses:
A tendency to get emotional over small things. A small fear of spiders and things that have more than two legs that aren't crabs. He hates being out-talked, or when people disrespect him. Struggles to get attached to people.

Tall and thin, with brown straw-like hair. He wears a dark blue beanie, with tight skinny jeans. Rodolfo does not typically wear a shirt. He has a tattoo of Koi Fish on his chest, and a golden dragon on his shoulder. Rodolfo has a thin, wispy mustache over his lips. His teeth are pearly white, but a little bit crooked.
Other Details:
He can hold his breath for an extended period of time. Rodolfo has synesthesia, and can 'hear' colors to a certain extent. Strangely, this only applies to shades of blue and jet black.

Stand Name: Dreams Of A Samurai
Ability: The stand has two forms with different abilities. First is Dreams Of A Samurai, which is a sword. It has the ability to control black watercolor paint like energy in the form of ghostly blue Koi Fish. These creatures are formed when the sword is swung, floating in the air. They're made of paint, which cuts/pierces upon impact. Rodolfo can then thrust them forwards whenever he wants, leaving a trail made of a single dry paint-stroke behind. They deal little damage one at a time, building upon each other instead. The koi appear when the sword is swung rapidly. The sharpness of the blade and the thickness of the paint-stroke attacks depend on the user's confidence at the time.

Stand Name: The Longest Wave
Ability: The second form is known as The Longest Wave, and can only be used when Rodolfo is highly confident. The Longest Wave allows Rodolfo to create gigantic waves of ink and control them independently. Simply by coming into contact with water he can multiply it x20 and transform it into multi-colored ink and shrink it back. With a single drop of water, Rodolfo can fill a syringe. He rarely uses sources that small, however. Rodolfo is able to stay afloat above the water, standing atop it. The ferocity of the waves depends on his confidence. These waves help amplify Dreams Of A Samurai by enabling Rodolfo to encircle the enemy and place fish around them, trapping them Hellzone grenade style.
The ink is toxic if swallowed.

Appearance: The Longest Wave simply creates huge waves of multi-colored ink. This ink isn't quite but navy blue, black, white, army green and dark grey. The waves are comparable to the Great Wave off Kanagawa painting, with white tips. They also can get to be about that high.

Appearance:
A very typical mech, with a navy blue and violet color scheme. It's main design feature is the armored cooling tubes that connect the joints to one another. It is very angular and aerodynamic, to the point where it can be heard slicing through air when it moves.
Weapons and Abilities:
Twin jet engines mounted on the back. Slide out skis on the base of the feet. 5 Meter high frequency Katana. 9mm dual machine guns. Rust Grenades. It also has the ability to slightly compact itself and open it's cockpit a bit, creating a makeshift aircraft/watercraft. This is usually used in conjunction with the Stand Burst. Dreams Of A Samurai also can be used while in the mech, but is utterly ineffective when put up against other mechs.
Stand Bursts: The ink in the cooling tubes is turned into a maelstrom of water. The mech slides out its skis and can walk along the surface of the ink. It also has another stand burst, which involves Dreams Of A Samurai. Instead of firing Koi, golden dragons are created instead. These dragons completely wreck buildings and smaller spacial structures, dealing high damage to mechs as well.
