Name: Isabella Alexander
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Personality: A Brash,outspoken, and compulsive girl, who takes pride in everything and anything she does. She is very forward with people to the point where it could be considered rude, but she doesn’t care. She also understands that she is a rather attractive female and enjoys to make full use of it when investigating. As well, thanks to her police training she is able to not let her anger get a hold of her while under stress. But she is very bad at lying and bluffing, thanks to her mother always scolding her when she did not tell the truth.
History: Born the daughter of an Italian man and a Latina woman, but at the age of 2 her father left her mother for a variety of reasons. The main one being that he was on the run from other spin users sent to kill him. Her mother still managed to make ends meet, and soon found another man who acted like a father to Isabella.
When she turned 16 Isabella learned the truth of who her father is, and accepted the fact that he left them for his own personal reasons. But that same year, one of the spin assassins came and killed both her mother and adoptive father. When they were about to kill her, that was when her stand awoken enabling her to fight back but she was still injured from the fight. After the battle she wandered until her real father came back into her life, and took her with him to Fallbrook to teach her the spin and about her stand, and finish raising her.
One day while being trained in the spin, Miguel Alexander, her father made a remark. Testing Isabella to see if she was prepared for the power of the super spin, he made a remark about the golden ratio. But he was answered in a way that told him that she was not ready for that power. Instead he taught her a variation upon her spin ability under the pretense that it was actually the super spin. After that day Miguel always seemed reluctant to teach her any more of the spin.
At the age of 18 she completed her training in the spin then enlisted in police training for the fallbrook PD, and her father once again left. Most likely going back to his home in italy, feeling confident that his child can now defend herself. During those next four years she learned many practical skills while working for the force and was ready for whatever the town would throw at her.
Current Life: Works as a police woman for the Fallbrook PD, hoping to someday be assigned to the stand user task force.
Skills: a great deal of Practical knowledge, the spin, logical, and keeps a calm head under stress.
Weaknesses: Her Prideful and Compulsive nature, the tendency to not think twice or call in backup, her addiction to caffeine, and being unable to bluff or lie to save her life.
Appearance: Isabella has deep green eyes with a tan skin tone, and long light brown hair that she usually keeps up in a bun and underneath her police cap. Her build is on the lighter side, and she has an above average breast size. Typically she wears her police uniform, which makes her look rather androgynous. When in civilian clothes she wears a short sleeved red shirt with a v-neck, grey pants, and a pair of flats and lets her hair fall freely down her back. Her face has a crescent shaped scar on her right cheek, caused by the first stand fight she was in. Typically Isabella wears pink lipstick and a little bit of makeup to make her look more feminine for when she's on the job.
Other Details: She typically uses her spin on the bullets in her gun, causing them to take strange angles and turns towards their target. Making some of their trajectories almost unpredictable. When she doesn’t have a gun available she typically uses the spin with coins she has on hand or other round objects that she can find in the area. As well she is unable to use the super spin unless she has some form of caffeine in her system. During the events of 8.1 she learned that what she was told was the super spin was actually just a variation upon her base spin ability.

Spin Technique : MaLFunCTiOn
Ability: By only summoning a portion of her stand onto her hand, she is able to use the spin to generate a significant amount of static. Then putting the spin into her gun or coins, causes it to also gain a charge and fly faster/more powerfully than when she just uses the spin. Objects launched like this still move in the strange angles/trajectories, but are more controlled and predictable.
Super Spin:Telephone Line
Ability: By harnessing the power of the Golden Ratio, Isabella is able to unleash her true super spin technique. This technique doubles the amount of electricity that she can induce into an object, and once said object is launched it is fired with a force comparable to a Rail gun. An object struck by projectiles fired this way will begin to attract magnetic objects within the area towards them. The only requirement to use this ability is to find and harness the golden ratio in the area. But to harness it she must find a way to get airborne and gain a significant amount of speed. Objects fired this way move in a way similar to her base spin ability, but less random.
Stand Name: Automatonic Electronic Harmonics (shortened to AEH)
Ability: Static Electricity Generation and expulsion- By moving when using this stand the user is able to produce great amounts of static electricity, to the point where objects that hit the user can and will remain stuck to the stand. When the user hits someone or something with their stand they will dispel the static electricity into the object or person, with a maximum of 500 volts being able to be expelled and produced. But once it is expelled the user has to build back up their static electricity (which takes ~ 1 minute to reach a full charge), as well their stand has no options for long range attacks but they can launch the objects stuck to them with very terrible precision.

Appearance: AEH takes the form of a brass exoskeleton that looks like this . But the face plate is made of glass and etched into it is a cog-esque pattern that also moves whenever the user articulates while wearing their stand. Out of the back of the suit are 4 small exhaust ports that release steam, and as more static is charged up blue lines begin to appear around the cogs and glow softly.
Example of power: The user summons their stand and begins to move, generating static electricity. The user is then struck by a bullet, still feeling the impact, but the projectile is now stuck to the stand. Then the user expels the static and causes the bullet to get sent flying.
