Character Profile
Name: Mitch "Fender" Redding
Gender: Male
Age: 31
Country of Birth: USA
Personality: A stubborn ass at the worst of times, but when calmed down, Mitch is rather tame. He is a somewhat reserved person, though it is not related to any kind of social anxiety or something similar. Instead, it comes from being more ‘jaded’ or, what some might refer to as grumpy. Because of this, he is quick to suspect. This, combined with both his past and his current time in Fallbrook, where he has proved inefficient at combating stand users, has pushed him to become a bit of a douchebag who pulls out his gun too much. Regardless, Mitch can definitely be social. There’s also another side to Mitch, too. He is quite driven by the thrill of adrenaline, which he feels the need to have a fill of every so often. Usually, speeding down highways does the trick. This more primal side of Mitch can also become cold in a heartbeat, if he feels there’s a job and it needs to get done.He also prefers being called "Fender."
History: Obsessed with speed and the rule of cool, a young Mitch turned to motorsport test driving. Of course, he had to work other jobs to make ends meet, but it was something he loved. However, his life took a huge change when a group of men approached him, offering him a new life. These men were a band of thieves and looking for a new driver. The crew had a successful run with Mitch, spanning several years, but like all good things, it began to splinter over time. Still seeking the thrill, Mitch convinced the last few of his crew to do one last robbery on a jewelry store, but alas, everything had went wrong and the cops came down on them hard. Being the driver, Mitch was the only one to escape being arrested, though as he suspected, the rest ratted on him, leading to him becoming a fugitive. After hastily reaching the place they were staying temporarily, he grabbed only necessities, and headed out in his personal car. The cops were already hot on Mitch's tail before he was out of the city, but through his great driving skills, Mitch was able to make his way out.
Not many chases after, Mitch discovered his powers and eventually a small town to lay low in until the heat died.
Current Life: Mitch currently rents out a small house and co-owns a shady car dealership. No longer a fugitive. Takes care a of girl named Betty. Why is this fucking canon now.
Skills: Exceptional driving; able to handle cars at high speeds. Good at fixing things, especially cars. Very high spatial awareness and reflexes. Decent with firearms. Risk-taker, but also adaptable.
Weaknesses: Often quick to rely on weapons when cornered and takes a lot of chances. Many times will simply expect things to go his way, sometimes leading into him getting into trouble. It is not all the time that it will trouble him, but sometimes being called out or upstaged can hit a real nerve in Mitch.
Appearance: Mitch is 5"11 and has an average body build and a rugged face. He has soft brown hair and black eyes. The hair is combed back neatly. Wrinkles are only just starting to form. His usual attire consists of a button-down shirt, dress pants, a vest, and sometimes a fedora, a normal professional look for the time. He switches between tie, bow-tie, or neither and an undone top button regularly. When going for a more casual look, such as when he's simply out taking joyrides, he will often wear his top button undone without a neck-piece, along with sunglasses.
Other Details: He smokes. A lot. Mostly cigarettes, but sometimes enjoys a cigar or pipe at home. He's trying to cut down for Betty's sake, but it's a habit. Does not go anywhere without his car, also named Betty.

Stand Profile
Stand Name: Crosstown Traffic: Encore
Ability: The most obvious effect that Crosstown Traffic: Encore has is transforming the car the stand is bound to into a suit of armor that covers the user’s entire body. The pieces will shrink and adjust to fit. In order to do this, the user must be in or touching the car. There is an ability attached this stand as well. The user can use wheels like roller-blades, or detach them. There is one on each foot, and one on each forearm. If the car is not present, the user can only manifest one. The user has control over these tires and can make them roll at will, extremely fast. They control about as well as an RC car with really bad deceleration would, though are not prone to tipping over. Usually. Regardless of whether or not the wheels are attached, they can leave tire marks upon the ground, which the user can choose to have something travel along the the marks, either forward or backwards, though one direction much be chosen at a time across all tire marks. Anything caught in the marks will travel as fast as the wheel traveled or is traveling, plus or minus the velocity they already have/are generating against or in the direction they are traveling. Of course, things or people caught in the marks can be removed from the path, but depending on the speed, that can be dangerous. The wheels only leave about a dozen meters of tire marks, but can have up to four wheels creating marks.
Stand Type: Bound
Power: C
Speed: A
Range: C
Durability: B
Precision: D
Learning: D
Appearance: The car Crosstown Traffic: Encore is bound to is a Red stick-shift 1950s Corvette convertible. Any damage it sustains will be repaired given all the pieces are in place, but usually over the span of a day and possibly longer if the damages are that devastating. When transformed into armor, it is a red, sci-fi-esque suit. Many pipes, parts, and exhausts are visible underneath the shiny, red exterior. The helmet is modular with the windshield shrunk and taking up the entire front. Because it is modular, the front can flip up or down. The wheels are located on the forearms and feet. In this form, it becomes heavier than a suit of armor, but does not slow down the user.
Example of Power: Mitch can use this stand to do things like have pursuers travel backwards when they step on the tracks, or have an ally travel along with a wheel in order to gain a big boost of speed. More intuitive uses might include something like putting a table on the tracks to fly towards an enemy, hitting them with a very fast table.

- Lighter. It's part of the lung cancer set. Can't light a cig without, well, a light. - Shirt breast pocket
- Keeps a six-shooter either on himself or in his car at all times, and he's always around his car. There's always extra ammo in the car, but how much he takes out for the situation is a different story. - Holster or stuck in waist of pants. Spare bullets are stored anywhere Mitch can remember
- Pocket knife. It's sharp, pointy, and sturdy. What else does it need to be? - Right pants pocket
